Ok, I need some help pls.
I purchased the n95 2 months ago and so far the phone was great except for only one negative thing I would like to mention to you people and hopefully you guys can help me...
The first 3 weeks my n95 reboots and frozed for like 4 times. I said to myself hmmmm ok maybe the phone has too many features in it so I have to be patient and just ignore the rebooting and freezing problem.
Then the following weeks it my n95 somehow rebooting and screen freezes like 3 times a day.
When I got this phone the very first day I was very very happy with it coz not only its good looking phone but also it has tons of features in it.
I want to know if anyone here experienced the same problem. Right now I just factory refreshed my n95 and restarted it and hopefully it will not have the problem I mentioned again... Crossing both of my fingers crossed.
I haven't even download the OS symbian yet kinda afraid to put more stuff in this phone due to the problem I experienced.
Guys, this is a very expensive phone and hopefully someone can help me with this.

MAN some people here are dissing the N95! Don't be a hater man just beacuse you don't have the money to buy your own you make up stories about how bad the Nokia n95 is. if you're comparing the n95 to other phones like the i-mate and you think that's better, go and buy it then! what's your problem! Nokia n95 just came out in the marktet, ofcourse there will be some "bad" things! Jeeeezz! With electronics there will always be something.
Anyway, Nokia n95 rules!

It takes 6 seconds to get the camera application running. If you manage to focus immediately, then your first shot will probably take you about 8 seconds, which is rather slow, especially considering the frequent use of photo mobiles as opportunist cameras for taking instant shots.

i just puchase n95 the battrery only half a day, any n95 user have the same problem....

i think if you gonna buy a n95 now is gonna be a waste of money... sooner or later they will start comin out phones like n95i etc.... remember n93... it used to be hot like what is like now in n95 but later on n93i came out and prices of n93 will go down.... SO THINK BEFORE YOU BUY!!

does any one know what happened to series60v3.com site to download software for the n95? or does anyone have an alternate website for free symbian software. the above site was excellent and now its just gone.

This phone was really helpful when i was lost in the desert. it ACTUALLY became useful for once, either then that the phone sucks big Balls. i got this phone on the iraqi market unfortunately it doesnt have a detonation button like the nokia n93.]

poor battery life is just not on when it is supposed to be a top fone,,they new this from the beggining that it was poor and i thought they would have learnt from the n80,,so anyone with n80 wishing to upgrade to this but hated battery on n80 beware its straight back to square 1

i juss wana say this n95 is the best phone i ever had. The wifi is a beauty, im on the phone right now as we speak. There is only 1 actual problem im havin n thats the GPS. I cant get it to work. Can someone help me?

iv got the nokia n 95! great phone. RUBBISH battery life!! has any of you people got a code i can put in my phone to check the staus of my battery etc xxx

Anyone having battery problems, please get a software update. Then it will work fine.

GPS is free, so please download the maps from www.nokia.com/maps otherwise you will get a high bill with data charges and it will also be very very slow. You will not be charge for this, it is completly free. Once installed and you open the program, say no to connecting to service provider and select never.

Check out the comming soon I-mate Ultimate 8150 . Gonna make Nokia run for its money. 5mp camera is sad, when you can have a 12 MP Sony Digi Cam. Who would wanna use 5 mp and pay thrice the price. Think 2 mp camera is more than enough for a mobile phone.

Hi All!
I bought an HTC s710 after i got a refund for a VERY problematic Nokia N95 and i must admit...the HTC s710 is WAY better than the N95.
No slider problems, no battery problems, features are great, Windows mobile 6, QWERTY keyboard...the list goes on....
With the difference of the money I got a blue tooth, sweet leather pouch, 2Gig SD Micro and a hands free car kit.
The only small problem with this phone is that it takes 1 second for the screen to switch from portrait to landscape when opening the slider. I believe this could be solved with a software update in the future.
I give this phone a 8.5/10

I rather buy 2 phones instead of this one. It's too over rated and I'll have a better quality at things this phone offers if I buy them separately.

and you are saying the os is slow...ok its not fast like many ppl expected or so....but atleast it has an OS...not like samsungs and almost all sony ericssons....do u want a not so fast os but its there or u want a phone with no os and that can only accept and install .jar files.....so stop compalinging u can install .sis and .jar files so be gratefull...all samsungs and most SE dont even have an OS!!!!!!!so be fu king grateful for what you have
