WARNING TO ALL!
Fact! The Nokia N95 has a construction fault that causes the slider to rattle between the two parts when opened to reveal the keypad.
The problem appears on 3 out of every 100 handsets on purchase. However, a further 23 out of every 100 will develop the problem over time.
Nokia will never announce this problem publicly as the cost or replacing all returned phones will be too high for them.
However, i have to admit, for the luck ones who will not suffer from this construction fault - enjoy it, for it IS the greatest phone on the market, and will be for a long time coming.
I am unable to reveal my source as it will give away my personal identity.

excellent for all youth
phone itself proves that it is the next generation phone and no other brand will equalise it......phone with advanced technologies which cannot be used by normal person and has one disadvantage that is battery life is very low and last for 1 day,i think nokia losing their standards these sort of problems has to be taken care shortly otherwise stop the production and shut the company

hi all.. i've been holding the N95 for 6 days since last sat (as my bdae gift).. i would say i am v satisfied with the phone, features and looks.. just one drawback.. the battery life is a wee bit too short.. if the battery life can b longer... it'll be the puuuuurrrrrrfect phone!

whoever said that the firmware updates are in nokiausa.com, it's not there. not even any other firmware update. for those i had to go nokia europe

nokia has released a firmware update...now mine is V11.0.026...battery life has improved a bit.....

ONE WORD, BAD BATTERY = USELESS
WITH ALL THE FEATURES and cannot use it??
In order to make the phone last one more day, you will have to turn off wifi, bluetooth, 3G, don't play video, and don't talk much on the phone.. what the heck?? PLUS.. spending $750 for it.. hahha, smart idea....

i found out from a nokia rep that i talked to at nokias website that there flagship stores in chicago and new york will ship to you and they are in stock and you can just call them and order and they will ship out to you.

the n95 is the best fone in the planet no fone has better screen than n95 no fone has as good as cam and what about all the other tings it has like wifi hdspa 3g fastest edge and symbian and gps that is better than some gps you buy and stick on your cars windscreen and plus it is small and can has biggest memory on fone that isnt on memory card i cant wait til i get 1 i hav n80 and that was the best fone on the world but now the n95 is and to the people who say it isnt the best fone you should try 1 and stop usin sony ericcsons coz there just toys and not proper fones,nokia always have good fones and the nseries is amazin go buy 1 and see how gud they nokia spend alot on the tings that go in the fones thats why ther deer sony dont spend much and thats why there fones are rubbish.nokia are the best

Who else has a purchased GPS Navigation problem.
I purchased the GPS Navigation and set it up.
Every time I want to use the GPS Navigation it prompts me to purchase it, when I already have....Then I have to re-enter my registration number each time....very frustrating!
