The N95 8GB is in my opinion the best phone ever made. I have had it for a over a year. I love the design and features. I have droped this phone at least 30 times and let me tell you it can take wear and tear.

The phone definitely better if it has SD card slot and shutter cover for the rear camera like the previous N95 model...the rest is superb...

Ive just got this phone today and wasn`t aware how big it is, I am debating on sending it back and swaping for an N96 which would u say is better?

this is such a beautiful phone...
i've been using for around half a year already, and have no problems.
great phone, better than my old motos and erricsons

steven, 16 Jan 2009i jz bought a N95 8gb , all works fine,except GPS suck! i u... moreI dont know why you say gps sucks, cause with my 95 8gb i get a sat lock in about 10 sec on a cold start and about 4 sec on a hot start. Also indoors i can easily get 4-5 sat locks within 20 sec.

Better Display & Sound? Go for N... moreYou are right Brian. Compared to N958GB, N82 has the better flash. Camera hardware is similar. Not sure of the difference in Macro mode though. BTW, the best internet browsing experience so far on a mobile phone- according to me- is with my old Nokia 7710. Remember the impossibly large sized toch screen device launched in 2004? Mine still works pretty good, and it's my second 7710! Got a landscape screen and very powerful browser to give an uncomparable internet browsing experience. But on the flip side, no WLAN, notoriously slow processor/ firmware and very prone to hanging/ auto reboot.
help me with these queries on the N95 8GB & N82 please. When I use the multimedia button to open videos list, I can see many video files which cannot be viewed from gallery> images and videos. However, the "send" option is not available from this multimedia button activated video list. Tried the "Unprotect" option too, with inconclusive results. Also, I'm unable to open large Divx files (as large as 100 MB) via the third party DivX player I installed. The player just closes on such attempts! Can someone tell me how to work around these issues?
In my N82, the keypad lights remain on while watching videos. Must be the same case with N958GB; though not checked it yet. The keypad illumination can get a bit distracting especially when watching the videos in darkness. Any suggestions on turning it off?

Cool wallpapers and Videos too. Also checkout 4shared. com. Contains many videos (Hollywood block- buster movies even) in 3gpp format, readily playable on the phone. What say you enjoy watching Jason Statham in Transporter-3 on the N95 8GB with your friends! You've got a great phone; a marvellous piece of technology. Show off; flaunt it a bit!

I have 2 problems for this mobile, one is I can not look my phone book while talking with someone ?? is this phone problem ? anyone can help me abt it, second one is, I can not transfer files via usb cable. Whac can I do for it, pls help ,, thks

Hi guys! I bought a n95 8gb and have a problem. Camera button on the side doesn't seem to trigger camera function. When i activate the camera from the menu/shortcut the camera starts and i can then press the side button to take a picture but the button alone does nothing. Do i have some settings wrong? Thanx! hi! anybody can tell me how can i watch a movie here that i just downloaded?its an .mp4 file..i can watch it from the computer but when i transfered it on the n95 8gb, it says playing half stream and then i only here sounds but can't see the video..
can someone help me pls..^_^

Hi can anyone help me? I just bought this fantastic phone but there is a slight problem. When I go to galleries and try to see a video or a picture it hungs all the time.... any solutions?

UMAIR, 17 Jan 2009hi just bought this phone 2day it looks preety good and res... moreit might be a software problem i would recomand you to ask your nokia service or you could just simply make a soft update with the nokia update software from the nokia site..succes:)
