It's still one of the best phones out there.. Apart from short battery life (which can be resolved by buying bigger capacity ones) it has all the functions I ever desired. I really want to upgrade my cellphone now (as it's just my bad habit of changing cellphone every 6 months) but I just can't abandon my N95 8G.. It's the best phone i've ever owned so far >.<

i have used almost all top end phones that Nokia has come up with, then SonyEricson, Samsung, as well as Blackberry. touch, slide, mini and every other possible version u can keep your hands on. end of the day there was nothing for me to go for as it is the same features but every new model(regardless of the brand) is less practical than the previous. i would say, a good number of users will agree upon the fact that the N95 8gb is by far the best to hit the mobile phone market and its a good, hardy and practical phone, which i think will be difficult to replace even by a newer Nokia.

Kamran, 17 Feb 2010HELP!!!! my phone is continuously restarting itself for no ... morethe issue about the message you saw on your phone after it rebooted.. that is because there are some files error on the mass memory private folders .. you can fix that but you must hack your phone first so that you can access on the private folders.. if you don't know how to do it just email me and I'll help you out.. my email is marian_wew@yahoo.com

In my opinion this is the best phone ever. It has all the ingredients I need and I am twelve years old. I am completely obessed with and out of all the new phones nokia has broought for the year I think that this can go down in history as one of the best. I would most definitely reccommend this phone to any one who wants to buy it , it is truly nice

Kamran, 17 Feb 2010HELP!!!! my phone is continuously restarting itself for no ... moreit is probably a software issue, since it started after you turn on auto-rotate. maybe you could try hard formatting with this code *#7370# or switch phone off then press and hold the green/dial key+'3'+'*' and power up your phone(please note that all your installed applications will be deleted, except those that came with the when you bought it). if that doesn't solve the problem then consider doing an upgrade to a newer firmware. that normally would rectify the fault. if that doesn't work, well man, if it is still within the warranty period return it and get another one!

i'm very disappointed with the led flash of this phone!!! why can't i use it as a video light!? even my old phones can do that!!!!

HELP!!!! my phone is continuously restarting itself for no apparent reason. All i did was to set the screen rotation thing to automatic. since then, its restarting over n over again, as if in some kinda loop. i tried removing the battery for a while n restarted it, but of no use. It comes to the main screen, and shows a message "unable to installed software from the mass memory" and after that the screen goes black, and then reboots :(
