Call that smart choice for regular consumers not to be fooled by such gimmick.

anyways when it comes to durability, read the web you'll find a lot of issues sorrounding Samsung not only on their mobile phones but the rest of their products. where not talking about how robust the product is, what matters is the inside, the cheap and lowgrade materials Samsung is using on their products.

Nokia has the best customer service according to most of the consumers, market research say so, and with all the websites created by Nokia that caters to their customer, you cant argue with that.

Nokia have been developing various software to enhance their devices, that other brand dont.

kal, 09 Sep 2008INNOV8 beats N series in EVERY Segment do you read EVERY se... morelol no need 2 get all engry now....hehehe remember ur in the wrong place.....That review was biest coz they didnt show us the specs we jst had 2 trust his word wich i think was mostly an opinion.....It was also clear that hes also a die hard Sammy fan like you...who thinks coz sammsung has come up with a "worthy" oposer 2 the N95 8GB ....they hav reached thire goale...its like Sammsung was working hard 4 2 years 2 top the N95 yet come up with some thing simmiler....

and 4 ur info iv owned othe r branded phone aswell.....yet i soled them coz wen there service parts were not available.....the only sammsung i myt own is the G810.....Ongly bt not the i8510.....coz it looks ugly 2 me......Yes i am a fan boy yet im not blinded.....it just hapens that Nokia produses the best phones....

So shut up and be happy with nokia but dont claim that n series is best. Thats history.

My bad the i8510 has a 3D chip......yet its still dosnt mach the N96 coz the only avdantage it has is the 8medapixel......nothing els.....
I read the full review ....its impresive bt most of wats stated there are opinions....
The term innov8 in Sammsungs History means Ventureing in2 Nokia's teretory...hehehe wich if u exclude the 8megapixel thats wat the i8510 becomes a Nokia wana be...lol.....

5 is jst perfact 4 me....
oh and thats the only thing that saposadly is an innovtion in the i8510....coz its got no DSP sound chips, 3D graphics chips and AM OLED LCD's ......
i repeat the only thing that the innov8 saposadly has abouve the N95 8GB N85 and N96 is the 8megapixel...
So dnt come and post ur own unfactual opinion...here and go 2 ur fellow Sammynites......in the Sammy post.....who clearly are brand loyals.....not seekers of a gud product......the G810 dosnt belong in samsung it belongs in Sony Ericsson....lol...

And Sammsung cn neva give a Gud product as compaired 2 Nokia......the innov8 loocks tempting and yes the specs are good bt iv owned a Sammsung b4 so dose my girl friend and she regrets eva purchasing it.....
Just becoz The innov8 has an 8megapixel senssor.....dosnt mean its better than Nokia N82 or N95 8GB......
The N96 is not set 2 compet with the innov8.....and so is Nokia not presured 2 take out an 8Megapixel.......jst becoz they havnt anounced 1 dosnt mean they left behind....i 4 1 dnt need 8megapixel.....i jst need an improvement 2 it....zoom and duel led......
the only Sammsung the dosnt even deserv the brand name due 2 the unsucess full history of the compony is the G810 .....its a great phone i was even shoked.....
Funy u teling ppl u dnt even care bout Sammsung coz they knw its not as Good as Nokia......
Most Sammsung freaks dnt even knw about the innov8....

"INNOV8 has already raised the bar to a completely new level. Now all other manufacturers will be trying to reach it, while some won't be able to come up with a worthy rival to the INNOV8 even a year from now." --thats what nokia is busy doing now..try coming up with a better one. They will be ashamed if they can't.

"Can samsung gave me the best customer service?"--Many people have bitter experince with Nokia. It depened on which country and what sort of people giving that support.

"Can samsung gave me firmware updates?"--They do..incase you don't know.

"Can samsung develop free 3rd party softwares?"--Nokia doesn't make 3rd party softwares. Thats why they are called "3RD" party.

"Can samsung gave me the best navigational mobile map?"--It comes with Route 66 which is not not much worse than Nokia Maps and the likes. Unlike Nokia's S60 solutions, the i8510 comes bundled with a full version of Adobe PDF, QuickOffice.

Can samsung gave me what Nokia can give?--No they can't give you the "Nokia" logo on it.

But yes i will say it again::

N96 is a sensible choice only if you really fancy Nokia-branded phones - on all other fronts it falls flat when compared to the Samsung INNOV8.

the n96 32mb with a 8 megapixel and a 1800mah battry will be out 2q of 2009 to update. just like the n95-2 8mb did to the n95-1 in only a few months.

the phone is so much stranded but this is highly costly for Bangladesh though it is a poor country so my cordial request to Nokia for down the price of it but not make it unquantified

(of course samsung not fit for someone who only have little money / people who have to work VERY HARD JUST to buy handphone. buy nokia maybe you can buy nokia 1200 (around USD $30-40) :p )

(YES. mine drop from 2nd floor to the ground and its still working absolutely perfect.. can nokia drop their phone from 2nd floor? i dont think so. it will split into 3-5 pieces )

Can samsung gave me the best customer service?
(YES, my SAMSUNG NEVER hang/error software/low performance battery.. suck for NOKIA because its software usually crash, low bat performance, etc. and NOKIA SERVICE CENTRE is always FULL.. do you know why? because its OFTEN ERROR) (doesnt need an idiot to figure out why the SERVICE CENTRE is full)

Can samsung gave me firmware updates? (NOKIA have to updates their software because its often HANG/ERROR)

Can samsung develop free 3rd party softwares?
(you mean games? via browser.. go to www.waptrick.com to download GAMES/SOFTWARE

Can samsung gave me the best navigational mobile map?
(buy a samsung that have GPS function. of course you dont have it, therefore you cant compare something that you dont have)
And my list goes on and on..
(bring it on.. viva samsung :) )

Can samsung gave me what Nokia can give?
(i like slim and sleek phone, can NOKIA give me .99CM SLIDE PHONE??? wakkakaka.. its so thick,and kinda heavy.. ))

A BIG No c", So why settle for less? Samsung, ah that brand?
(NOKIA.. ah that brand which OFTEN ERROR, FULL SERVICE CENTRE,etc.. PHONE)

Mainly, t... moreLmaol....yes ur rite its an opinion.....NOT A FACT......THE FACT IS Nokia will neva be behind jst becouse they dnt feel the presure 2 release a 8megapixel camera phone.....dosnt mean they behind...coz evry persons opinion is based apon a gimick.....used by cellphone componies years b4 the 5Mega pixel cameraphone came along......
Now nokia has reilised its not worth it...and hav desided 2 up there Game.....By implimanting Dedicated Sound chips and 3D processors.......

The N95 8Gb is in my opinoin the best Phone eva made its got A dedicated sound and 3D chip......and has evry thing 1 needs even satisfying techno geeks......

I got mine for few days now.

Overall battery life is GOOD, yes, confirmed its good, it last me 2 days.

But there are some design issues which irks me.

Despite the 5mp and Carl Zeiss camera, I still feel N82 is a better camera =)
