Why are you people arguing over the 8MP's ?
just wait till Nokia make a 8MP Phone then start comparing, for Now N96 is in its own League with no competitor in its category!

Nokia has good specs, but bad battery life.. start thinking about THAT nokia!
Sony ericsson has always had better design then nokia. They look terrible... blegh

This mobile is almost the same compared to the SE c905, only SE has better design. (swedish).
And SE always gives your more phone for your $$.
This phone does have a better screen. But sony ericsson did this to get better standby and call hours. It's wayyy better. ( It's a phone right??? ) With this phone you internet and play games.. then the battery is empty. That would suck. You can't phone your girlfriend at such moment.

people, just think about this for a second.
no matter how good nokia phones are, if nokia don't fight back other competitors will take over the market. once nokia lose it will not be easy for them to get the top spot back.

life is full of surprises, you might not know that Nokia is coming with a big nag this christmas, just in time for competitors phone to come out, which is said to eat out the already thin income of competitors.. we love surprises dont we?

Reading the early review of the i8510 it will definetly put loads of pressure on Nokia, they have got to announce something Quick to stop alot of its Fanatics like me leaving them an switching to the samsung or even the Sony Ericsson mobile as they say the N96 is not much different from the Black 8gb N95 i have,an to stop the sales of the Samsung mobile out doing them because of the camera an quality of the Samsung mobile just proves Nokias got to release a really top class mobile to cut the sales down off Samsung

Samsung has durability issues not only with their mobile phones but with there televison sets, ref, dvd etc. its there practice of putting low grade parts to lessen manufacturing cost and increasing more profit that destroys them, so getting a samsung means a suicide in your mobile device or appliances.
Feature wise, N96 will still be a better option because innov8 is nothing but an extra mp and divx, not needed by regular people like the most of us. getting innovate is like a suicide also in your money, waste! nothing more..

nokia n96 and samsung i8510 innov8 are not rivals actually. they are just being put head to head against each other because they are both flagship phones of their respective companies. it just so happens that samsung takes the lead this time.

i really hope the rumours r true that the reason this is still delayed is cos nokia r concentrating on there 8mp phone which i would love to have but should release same time as sony c905
