I hope it has a virtual T9 keypad. I like Qwerty but I'm used to the T9 style Keypad. I really love this phone and what it can do. I'm saving up now to buy it day 1 because I know it's going to be expensive just like all the other N-series devices but this is a must have. 32GB of Space Standard is just UNBELIEVABLE WITH an Expandable memory slot up to 16GB is just unreal.

I love these specs, but I´ll surely miss my N82´s xenon flash... the only weak spot I can see in this new N-series...

It doesn't need an 8MP camera, non of that Geo-Tagging or anything you named to be perfect. This is easily the best phone shown. I even compared it to the HTC Touch HD (The Now 2nd best phone) and it beat that one with the exception of the screensize and a few other areas. This phone is perfect (END OF DISCUSSION).

Would be perfect, if had an 8MP cam, 120fps VGA video, WVGA @30fps,xenon flash,smile/blink detection and geotagging.

HTC must watch out,i think Nokia is a handset of choice, i like the Querty keyboard u know i just bought the N96 three weeks ago but hey i hink i should have waited for this giant to be introduced, i can't wait i love it on first sight.Masingita Mabasa RSA

cracked, 02 Dec 2008hello every body outthere!!!!! at present we have xperia, ... morecracked you may be right but the phones that will be presented at barcelona will be the "first tries".And then Nokia will upgrade them.Just like happened with Nokia`s N95. It was a perfect phone when it came up but soon after that came better phones with even better performance and functions....Like N82,N79 5800 and etc.

I dont know of any other proper phone of size 3'5+ with higher resolution, if you do. name them so I would know aswell...

man nokia is on fire... i mean 1 aftr one... juz striking d devices... nd dese are luking gud.. i bought n82 couple of days ago.. nd already took it 2 service center.. so im wondring 2maintain dere market position mayb dey r compromising wid quality and focusing on quantity... dese things are gud... but i think now a days dey r not d same nokia we used 2 realy on... nd from my personal point of view i think dey are using cheap parts and totally compromising wid dere quality.. i think its juz coz of china...

Personally I don't like S60. I got my Xperia 2 days ago - It's my first WinMo device and I gotta say, I love it. Some people don't though. It's a shame that the N series uses S60, because spec-wise they're very nice phones. One thing's for sure though, when my girlfriend sees this I'm expecting her to fall out her cahir with excitement - she loves the N-series and Nokia have done very nicely with this one, at least on paper. If the performance and reliability can back up the specs then this is gonna be a monster - for those that like the N-series anyway. I woulda liked to see a VGA or WVGA screen and an 8mp camera, but hey - you can't have it all I guess. Personally, I'll be waiting for the next Xperia model though...
