i love the way that most of the people who complain about the phone cannot even spell, that doesnt say much in you favour people, its a good phone so long as you know how to use it.

I h... morei am not satisfied with this set . i have seen the first time n the worst set in nokia. when touch the setting option . da phone handset will get blocked . don't undetstant for wat reason . and than i need to contact service center to unblock the handset. can any one tells me the main reason of this prob....,

pls pls pls i need help...i have problem sometimes when i open app. or close it or when i download something i recieve msg after freezing(disk write error...or just error reading from disk),,pls i need help if u have the same problem,,,even sometimes when i restart the device the mass memory disapeare..pls

got this phone in november and its been sent away 3 times 4 softward problems, so all up i've only had the phone on me for about a month. NOT HAPPY!!!!!!!

I dont understand why Nokia is very expensive than the other cellphone brand,yes it is friendly user for the people who likes texting,but the in today is easy to access the internet,and the nokia is not!!!!

The N97 is the worst phone I have ever had the trouble of owning. Here just a taster of the REGULAR problems I've experienced:
Frozen screen requiring a full shut down and restart
Crashing of the nokia web browser
"Half screen" freeze - When half the screen goes black and this doesn't change from landscape to portrait
The phone doesn't hang up when I want it to, I have to wait for 2-3 seconds until after I press the red button
Everything about the phone is slow: Start up, aspect change, opening apps.
The camera is rubbish - constant freezes and I
