since i had an iphone before i buy the nokia n97 white the only thing i can say is that the only good on this phone is querty keypad and the camera.the rest just suck.think that 3gs is way much better than 3g iphone(which i had)and when i compared my old iphone to the n97 i saw that iphones screen is better broweser is faster,it doesnt lag,way much better touch screen,better speaker quality,and the whole phone works way much smoother.and people who say that this phone is better that iphone thay have never seen or used an iphone in their lifes.the problem with the nokia n97 is that it was faulty build.bad cpu and ram...it is very slow in apps.when i used my zippo app on n97 i thought that the phone was gonna die...it couldnt handle it...anyone that doesnt believe me can search the net and see that the n97 has too many problems or contact me at anarxikos92@hotmail.com dont make the same mistake that i did,getting this phone without checking it first.(ohh and before anyone say that i am against nokia i am nokias custome since 1999)

Hello All,
I Have Updated My Nokia N97 Device With New Latest Firmware Version 40. I Cant Imagine That My Same Device Is Much More Faster Responsive And Have Lots Of New Features. Wow Its Really A Great And Awaresome Handset Which I Have Not Been Expected Before.

All of Apples Software is rubbish . It always seems to F**k out after a couple of months !
Way to go Nokia , best phone since ages ago :)

stupid phone iphone eats it alive
battery meter does'nt work correct
battery is also like the iphone not very strong
in a half day it was already empty
touch screen isn't working as well as the satio or iphone
audio quality is sh*t
camera quality is also sh*t
qwerty-keyboard is ok but not as good as the one from the xperia or htc touch pro
and i don't find it a nice looking phone
so i just sold it in a week
just sticking with my xperia-x1 cause you can surf and listen music, call and do almost everything and you phone battery lasts for 2days;)

I got the phone loved its features but I was chocked to discover it is made in china then the cam is not good as I expected I have n73 with only 2m cam Iam sorry to say its pic is better than new n97 ( may be it needs setting ) and then u feel that there is something lose inside it ,and the ringing sound is not high even with volume to max . at the end I give it back to dealer for replacement I may get samsung or Sony ericson

Nezir, 20 Feb 2010I have asked 2 days ago a question but unfortunately there ... moreI have the white N97 and i havent had any problem with it getting dirty.The white one really stands out and it looks so much better then the black one.To me at least.

For y'allwho've got problems like the phone hanging, going off,and infact software related problems generally shouldjust update their firmware! I'm tired of seeing people bashing this phoneunneccesarily. If you're looking for eyecandy touch experience, beleiveme n97 is not the place for u. The browser might notbe state ofthe art too. But if ur looking for almost everything else,from cool things like how u can play a movie u've downloaded on the big screen with the appropriate software of course(via tv out) or life saving (you'll never know) apps like ovi maps with free voice navigation license and a magnetometer acting like a compass, free useful app download over ovi store, large memory capacity,superb (really) sound and battery life quality,... And a lot more then u go ahead and buy n97. But remember it cant give u everything butwill sure give u a taste of most of them.
i'm an active and experienced mobile user and have used several mobiles and os platforms including
s60 v2, v3, v5, win mo, maemo, winmo, mac os x aka iphone, android so i'd be right to say my judgement isnt unreliable. "Hope i've helped many or any."

I just cant believe about the posts given here.i am amazed to see d complaints regarding this phone.sometimes i get a feeling there are different versions of this phone.everyphone has its own flaws even this too.its better than omnia hd and i phone.

can't nokia release a new phone that is fatter and is android based and shoots in HD because so far besides n900 and n97 there is no other good nokia phone the rest are fake.
