nicholas lee, 08 Sep 2009not as worthy as it cost.. wel.. mine already broke into ha... morestop talking rubbish...n 97 has awesome built quality..its been 2 months since iam using this fone..and i ahve 4 n97s in my family....all work fine...may be u brought a chinese one...lol...n 97 best fone so far...after vesion 20..a great fone..

its wifi connection is even lousier den n85.. very disappointing when i gt it for 1288 sing dollars..

N97 mini is not too bad
The screen size is good to some people and can be fitted into pocket very well!
Just hope the camera Len is not scratch resistant!!!

Can be fixed for ... morei was talking about the main slide mechanism,the one that reveals the qwerty...even so, i don't think that nokia will also repair the lens that everyone complaines to be scratched by the slide that protects the camera lens...i will wait a few more months before il buy this gadget...now it is around 450 euro...in 2 months it will drop down to 350...the same happened with the n96...

Nokia has answerEd the n97 camera slider! Can be fixed for no additional cost!!
Firmware 2.0 coming this October
Next thing nokia must do is cosmetic changes in user interface! The icons and the themes looks not professional!!!!

Been using this phone for a month now, its disappointing. The touch screen isn't responsive, the phone freezes. Bought the phone in the states, not worth it BUY THE SE SATIO!

what do you think about the slide mechanism..?! as u can see, the new n900 got it a little bit different from the n97..is this one of the weack aspects of the n97..?!

I got this phone couple of days back, very happy with it, just have one prob it restarts automatically. No Idea why. Does anyone else have this issue. please let me know if there is a solution.

sameer, 07 Sep 2009worst handset i have ever used......for the following reaso... morehey sameer, just like u said even i m was interested in buying N97 but after reading ur comments, my mind is confused lolz spending lots of money and not satisfied is not a good job, well the only thing i dont go for omnia HD is, 1st the body i cant see the live demo in store so i think body wil be not solid, next i dont like much the home display its bet cheap looking menu style even u can get same menu in sumsung star which cost less. wht u say about this waitng for ur reply do i really go for omina ?

If you're happy with the older ARM 11 and not much RAM get the N97.
With the N900 it will probably be better to wait a while to see how the updated Maemo pans out, it didn't work very well with the N810.

worst handset i have ever used......for the following reasons..--__
touch interface - not perfect just immature
camera - any of the users from here have noticed the pics taken in dark....half of the pic gets white due to reflected flash light and also the camera lens gets scratches by its slider protector GREAT JOB BY NOKIA--SHAME
keypad - not so handy
I bought it for 31500 rupees ,after using it for one and a half month sold it for 22500 rupees and now buying omnia HD
so friends if some one is planning for 97 then plz drop ur plan and go for HDi8910
Is my opinion right or not, plz any user reply
