Great phone, loaded with features! Unfortunatly, poor software for PC Synch. No ability to write text messages from PC while connected.
Can't seem to install games either.
Finally, the usb cable port is at the front rather than the back of the phone, making it akward to charge and use at the same time.

Can any one tell me if N97 supports SIP telephony? WIthout SIP internet call N97 is useless, my existing N95 is the best. Honestly I use internet telephone more than GSM!!!

it takes over 3 hours to full charge the battery and lose all about 12 hours !!!!....

the only reason apple profits are high is cause ya get stupid people that are willing to pay stupid prices for some thig that costs so little to make apple are in the phones market to make money and rip people off thats all realy come on 800 - 900 pound for a unlocked i phone in this climate its just so stupid

lens scratches??
I have my N97 for about 20 days. The lens do not scrath on my N97. Have u guys bought the original N97???????????
My N97 works perfectly and there are no problems at all! Make sure you buy the original N97!!
I have heard many copy of N97 are available right now. So be sure u have the original one!!

I have personalise ringtones ... moreI might have a solution for you regarding the ringtone going to the nokia default randomly, I had the same problem with my Express 5800. I was told to make sure that my ringtone that i wanted to use was stored on the phone memory rather than the sim memory.As it glitches sometimes and get mixed up from which memory the tone is stored. After i did that i never had that problem again. Hope it helps :-)

Before you use the phone, I suggest that all of you put a screen protector over the camera lense. It prevents the scratches on the lense. It works for me.

its 100% true. it happened with my Nokia N97. the lens is getting scrateched by sliding cover. I am not only one victim...see this forum above.
Nokia Team! please do something about it, i love N97 but................sorry i lost my all the money.
