I have this phone, and I don't know who lied, but there is a Carl Zeiss Lense (beautiful quality), with a built-in manual lense shutter / This 5-Megapixel cam works like an 8-Megapixel cam, on any other phone, because of that lense

I am a Nokia N97 owner, and think anyone not using symbian is crazy. Symbian had already come out with two Flash based UI that imitate the IPhone and The Android almost IDENTICALLY, and still are coming up with more expansions. WILL IPHONE EVER HAVE CRACKS/TORRENTS, like Nokia's S60 V5 OS? I doubt it, because MAC IS MAC. They're great at comps, but leave the smart/comp phones in the hands of a REAL PRO

Anonymous, 23 Jul 2009i got the N97 2 day ago, battery seem not lasting even on n... morehey having 2 fones in my house N 97 white no problem at all..it hanged 2ice..tats it..soo far 20 days have pasted no problem...plz upgrade yr fone to latest firmware 11...all bugs fixed...

I really want this phone, but I hear alot about the camera lense in the back of the phone being scratched. Does anyone know if this is true about all the nokia n97s?

i got the N97 2 day ago, battery seem not lasting even on normal usage only on for 5hrs, the battery signal bar already left 3bar and the phone seem to be easily heat up on the lower part of the phone, can anyone N97 owner advise if their phone hav the same problem as mine.

which one u prefer actually nokia n97 or i8910 HD?
(for long use) will the touch screen will fail after prolonged use or can u rely the touch screen like the physical keyboard on n97?

which is the best for long use? (strictly long use)
(becoz while comparing specs even every child knows that i8910 is far ahead than n97; (i mean one generation ahead) than n97)
in wikipedia itz written that AMOLED screens
loses 50% brightness after some time. Is it true dear frnds?
or the touch screen? will it fails in anytime in my future use? or is it better to go for physical key board instead?
can u really rely on samsung for long use as we already know nokia which is the world leader in mobiles....

n97 is the phone i have ever seen in my entire life.well if you have ultimate n97 you didn't need a computer, camera to capture pictures also video cam.nokia you all i can say is you are the best and please people stop compare nokia with any other brands, because nokia are beyond human imagination.iphone is just a music player nothing much still nokia n97 has more better and quality speakers than iphone.what am i going to do with a phone that doesn't have bluetooth.

Hi has anyone had any bad experience with this phone? Nokia certainly has issues that needs serious addressing.
1. When received calls, the volume control on screen appears and moves up giving loud noise to your ear piece.
2. Photos can't open at times, either too large or needs scaling down to 2M
3. Internet icon appears all the time even when you off it. Anyone has any idea how to clear that icon. It is so irritating when the internet service provide downloads stuff you never want
Nokia really need to look into these problems man. No phone that is expensive escapes such problems. Buyers are suckers as always!

Is someone experiencing flaws in accessing the internet with N97? Particuraly with white colored N97... I have noticed that some guys have problems with WiFi... how to solve this problem? firmware update? which is the latest software version?

I just got this phone yesterday. IT does not comply with all those negative comment about this phone!!! truly this phone is amazing! touch screen is responsive and DOES NOT LAG!
EASY TO NAVIGATE AROUND! IT'S EVN MUCH BETTER THEN MY 5800 TOUCH INTERFACE! IF YOU HAVE THE MONEY! GET 1 OF NOKIA N97! it's reli worthwhile!
