hi guys,i have a question for answer.i've Nokia n-97.i just make a short down load,after that it upgraded its self then suddenly turned off.now the problem is that when i try to on it,it starts with Nokia monogram,then it turned off also not charging.it is software problem or hard ware problem? make a not on "vander_waals@yahoo.com"

bought it on internet....i only used it for about 6 months then there were problems with the battery n afterwards it completely stop charging....tried to repair but in vain....weak internal memory...had to delete stuffs every time i had to upgrade whats app!!!!!
