Palm Pre will not be a big success, iPhone will continue to sell easy and this N97 will have success but not for long...when people will start to say, this phone is too slow, the resistive screen his hard to use...The Samsung Omnia HD was the solution but when recording videos, it has crappy sound quality! SO BEST SOLUTION IS TO WAIT for a real all-in-one phone!

Just got a copy n97 from China, cheap, same looking but the function..... just like all the other chinese cell phone, dual sim, analog tv, that's all. Still not know about if durable, coz just one week. the store name is 7daysget.com. Oh about the stores from china, they r selling the same thing, but the price will be very different so u have to compare ....ok i talk too much here about the copy thing... I dont have that money to buy a genuine n97, so... T-T

everythings freakin made in china, yes china have fakes, but deal with it. 95% of the stuff you own is made in china so they are all fake???

I have E-65 that is also sliding. Before purchasing this phone I was also have same doubt about its slide but now I have this phone for last one & half year and never experience any issue with slide. In fact its slide is still same as it was when i bought it. Thanks to Nokia for making so nice slide phones.

Man I just love my 5800 but I can't wait to have one N97, it rocks..

I had N78, N95, N95 8gb, samsung G810, etc but the best i ever had is 5800 without a doubt,is perfect and N97 can still be better, how is that possible?

dude,
this is not a high end flagship frm nokia yet.
if fact this an affordable high end which you may notice nokia pricing policy has a change recently with 5800.
there is, still they hv a handset with all max spec which suppose to be god of touch screen handsets.(as well as premium price)

I got a new battery cover quite a while back.

This is more an issue with the first model, not the 8GB.

Not everyone is really interested in the games quality on mobile phones btw.PSP,NDSi got far more superior applications and great support from many many developers and that is what makes the console worth the price. Plus if you compare apps or games of the iphone to the PSP, you will realise that for every games on the PSP that sells for 27-50 dollars iphone sells them for 0.99 dollars and on top of this the games on the PSP are like 500x times better. you dont believe me? read the reviews and pay a visit to youtube.
