Apparently the Orange Omnia HD's are a good example.

Also this 3.6mbps is a serious problem will they change that or bring out a firmware that upgarade it ? it put me off buy phone

Dont worry dude, Samsung also sucked in optimizing WinMo thats why HTC among others scores more than Samsung in WinMo world.

http://m... moreYes in a thread going back to November 2007 there have been 41 resposes, some from owners of Chinese fakes and some from owners of water damaged iPhones out of 30 million iPhones sold less than 40 complaints is not bad going.
I don't seem to suffer from that issue then again I'm not deaf.
