The Specs in GSMArena is not updated for N97. . . There are so many things that is totally different and amazing when you get this phone. . . So better watch out guys, you will never regret if you spend some money to this amazing phone. . . N97 RULES!!!!

i have a questi... moreNot using any widgets as yet,,but v21 on 5800 gives option to hide callender entrys giving privacy on homescreen..ITs the same with a lot of touchscreens,,wasted screen space..
With touchscreen fones the whole front is screen so they can not do much with design except on the back,,it is therefore imperative that the eye candy is superb..In v21 the album art has doubled in size but visuals are limited and thats because it slows down fone..

my suggestion
n97 + flick scroll (replace all the scrollbar which looks ugly in touch screen phone)
n97 without keyboard is welcome
n97 with at least 600mhz and 192ram
n97 with capacitive touch
nokia please release more touch screen phones like the above

I knew i had something to mention and thats the weight..With all the stuff they get in other n-series it does seem heavy but i think a lot of the weight has gone into the fancy hinge mechanism..
I do wish they had made n97 into the next communicater and saying that if i do end up buying n97 and they then bring out a new communicater i will be peeved..I am still not convinced that touchscreens are my tops for a mobile utopia but a combo of touch and alpha numeric keypad is..Using 5800 at moment but still popping back to my pure non-touch mobiles frequently which does not bode well..I wish n97 would have slide down qwerty like treo 500 or blackberry in portrait style i mean like d900 for example or n95...

What are your thoughts on this?

brynn, 16 May 2009They had breathaliser fones in south korea in 2005 and they... moreat 0.8 in ontario you could be charged, now it just changed as of may 1st 0.5 to 0.8 you lose your license for 3 days and you are fined. Drink one beer then drive is a risk of being caught. wait 1 to 1 and half hours.

Allan, 16 May 2009I've heard breathalizers are coming into some mobile phones... moreThey had breathaliser fones in south korea in 2005 and they called it sobriety tester..You blew into a little hole in the side of the fone and if you were safe to drive a car drove off on the fone screen..If you need to use one of these you should not be driving anyway...I drink too much but not as much as i did in twenties??

I found this video of the piano-black N97, This is a prototype, but almost complete... Its really really fast seriously, with all the nice transitions, No more black-out when changing from landscape to portrait. The transitions are almost seamless and sleek... Really cool video... I've heard breathalizers are coming into some mobile phones now. At least you know if you can legally drive,not that I'm much of a drinker.

I see this as a 5800 with keyboard but it must be different cause reviews show new homescreen so it must have new firmware.
