Oh i forgot there is one thing that is bad with the phone and thats is it will not get me coffey.... i was begging it to get me a cup of coffey, but it did not...So the worst thing is it that it will not get me a cup of coffey

but it's gonna run LiMo or Linux mobile and since they are in partenershipe with linx they have the advanage over apple's OSx since they are both linux base but apple is still using the oldest and first linux Unix
but like nokia they always seem to evolve at an stupid rate with their OS lol

Anonymous, 14 May 2009the apple store passed 40,000 useless apps the other day.let me just say that i love the N97 and can't wait till it comes out...but the Iphone 2009 is being announced and its coming out with better specs the the n97 or slightly better (cpu is faster) so i just hope that Nokia finaly release this damn fone! bc they kept delaying the N96 and by the time it came out the specs were to weak...they need to work with their timing on when they announce fones and when they release them...Nokia was the first to announce that N97 is coming out with 32gb of memory and now they Iphone 2009 is announcing that too! and im pretty sure its coming out b4 N97...just watch!

Its aimed at people who want better interaction of social networking sites like facebook etc. The omnia is impressive but if i have a slide phone (like i have the samsung innov8 and n95) i want a navi pad not a touchscreen. I'm sure most people will think that way. But it depends what the individual is looking for. Personally i have my 8mp camera fone now i want somethin to replace my ipod touch for music and videos with additional benefits. The n97 is waiting for me!

Th... moreThey had to lower the CPU speed and order to intagrate the batterlife and they did a damn good job at it cause it's still fast with low CPU speed and remember how they they said this S60 5th on the N97 will be modded to fit the phone i guess no one took them seriously when they said that i did
i knew it still was gonna be fast cause i used the N810 and it was blreding fast and same with the N800 they were damn fast

I was interested in the N97 right when it was announced. Then I truly was dissapointed when the hardware specs came out. But now I just have to be realistically. This phone has a lot of functionalities. How in the world with the normal batteries these days, would you survive 1 full battery for a whole day with this specs? I think that Nokia seriously thinked about their CPU speed. Even the current Iphone can't play their games smoothly enough. I think that the phone industries are just waiting for better hardware times. Better CPU speed, with lesser usage of energy. This probably still is the best phone for this time and there will be better phones comming this year. That will always be like that! If you don't like this one, wait a little longer for another phone. But even then, there always be something poor about that phone.

i got the chance to get some handse on with this device yesterday, its very well rounded, feels right in your hand the full qwerty is easy to use and the flip/slide screen has a nice action and sits at the right angle hen on a desk the touch interface is fast and responsive, and generaly the O/S is considerably faster than any nokia N or E range device i have ever used BIG THUMBS UP
