i had one from beofre and it does really sucks not enough support for it
but with apple and their itouch why the hell do you have to pay for an update let alone it's an mp3player your updating..... And it's not freen for 3.0
9.95USD might not seem like much but when you don't have acredit card to pay for it it will get annoying since their forcing you to update your device
all updates for any device should be free cause you bought the device from them after all
i never had to pay for my updates
i have a zune and an E70 lol
even with MiSo WinXp i never had to pay for updates cause i bought the damn thing and updates are for support
or added content and......etc
but apple is really sad company since people will be paying for something that is free for others
and the iphone 2g doesnt even have the full support

So some guy has an iPhone 3G for a month, then gets a 5800 which was released in November, that means he got it in October at the earliest.
The last update was in July from OS 1 to OS 2 it was free for iPhone users and included on the iPhone 3G.
The upcoming OS 3.0 update will cost nothing for any iPhones.
The guys a liar.
iPod Touch users have to pay $9.95 for the update, if his lie was about having an iPod touch before July then it would make some sort of sense.
It's typical of the ignoranct comments of people who have NEVER had an iPhone.

Google Nokia 5800 and Iphone where each and every Iphone owner will see why I phone got knocked out by a mere Nokia 5800 that costs way less that your Apple..oopsss LEMON...
I got my Apple 3G, and thought it to be a great phone, all the Hype and marketing made me believe that Iphone was great, within 1 month of buying that LEMON, I gave it to my Kid and got my self a Nokia. After which I knew that Apple Sucks and Phones are made by Nokia not Apple..Apple's only good for eating..
Apps for this apps for that, and pay for your updates...WOW !! and I thought I bought that phone for 300$..at the end of the day if you calculate the costs it'll make you wanna CRY.....GET Nokia, Be Smart..

The n97 also has a magnometer to operate its digital compass,,or something of that nature..The homescreen also has more info on it as shown on left picture but whether there are more app shortcuts i cannot find out...

Theo, 13 May 2009Did know their is an audio and video chips onboard to help ... moreDid you hear or get this info at allaboutsymbian.com ..I heard their podcast with ewan spence and rafe talking about these extra chips and they gave a good talk about why a graphics chip is not much use due to not many games making use of one..
Their is a graphics accelarater chip in motos v3x but it only assissted the camera??Their is a graphics chip in s/e w900i to give its video a boost,,often if things get to heavy these graphics chips detect the struggle and can assist the cpu but it takes a hit on battery ..Obviously there is new chips on the way all the time but most are concentrating on power usage and how to get the best efficiency..
If any insider can shed more light on these audio/video chips in n97..
