u just press these buttons at same time.just turn off ur n97 and hold these buttons continously when nokia logo is apear.
Caps shift
Space bar
Delete button
On button
now ur phone have hard reset and all virus and bugs r dead.its so nice way to hard reset ur n97.

IM back to my n97 again!use lots of cell in nokia gallery like 5230,5250,e63,e72,x6,or e7!!yes but i just love my n97 b.coz its soo nice.In my case n97 dsnt give my any problem!u just have idea to use this cell and u really love it.nokia always great but in mine opinion nokia done great job in n97.100/100.

bought this phone from a friend for 60quid, 32gb version with 16gb memory card, struggle to fill it all up lol
the only thing i find wrong with it is that it is a tad slow (could be a bug) other than that i recommend it to any music lover or camera lover. love it!!

man, 17 May 2011how could my phone read pdf & office & java files?it already can read all these files.but if u did not buy ur office key and trial is expired,u can download some other office app from internet.

Nokia n97 is a very good phone feature-wise.
But lots of problems and bugs.
Recently I am experiencing that I cant brows net in EDGE or GPRS coverage areas. While all other people with samsung or other nokia model can connect and brows in the specific area. I have even tried opera mini--peculiarity is that the phone connects to GPRS or EDGE but browser cant brows internet it does not progress--
Though it works well in wifi (fine)and 3G (just ok)
Pl. anybody can suggest any solution. I am so much worried. software version 22.0.110. Thanks.
