it says MIDP 2.0 but official specs say MIDP 2.1

This phone is gonna be great. It has the good battery so all these functions will actually be able to play and and phone won't die in less than a day like th eN96 does. CPU is good, although i loved the 3D accelerator from n95 but i guess if it works on n86 well i have no complaints. Keyboard is welcome, and touchscreen as well. wondering why it has Flash lite 3.0 and not 3.1 like on the N86. Wish it also had the 8MP camera, why doesn't it have that? they should have both dual LED for video recording and Xenon flash, would make this phone PERFECT. but i guess no such thing as perfect eh?. Also no OLED screen which is weird since N85 and N86 have it and all new phones too, more vibrant and saves energy and can be Bright. so we will lose that benefit, maybe N98 will have the imperfections. ALthough i noticed after nokia has a really good phone they release a bad one right after it. example , N95 8GB (good) --> N96 (bad)

and people don't realize that Mobile OSs that are optimized and specifically made for mobiles work the best and the reason they underclock most CPUs on mobiles is so their hands dpn't melt or their pant's go on fire with a super hot CPU and the battery starts getting hot
if the CPU is overclocked that means the OS is garbage but the phone is good

iphone - nice looking phone garbage OS
OSx mobile..which apple fails to mention all the time lol
the only two mobiles that never need overclocking for their OSs is RIM's BB and Nokia's Cell phones
and i'm not sure but when i checked the N97's specs i saw 256RAM not 128 or 192
and a few months till it comes 434Mhz is fine specially for Nokia's Symbian S60

I must say, I am very disappointed with the company's decisions. I am a promoter and have been toying around with their different phones.
The processor in n97 is severely underpowered and I have no doubt many will complain about the slowness.
Meanwhile the build-in web browser highly unstable and cannot render some webpages correctly. Mini-opera will display webpages better but doesn't work well with the E75 or 5800 and crashes. The qwerty on the E75 doesn't work with mini-opera too.
Furthermore, no DIVX on a multi-media phone. Sigh.
So much for a high-end killer phone.

I think we'll never see a Nokia phone that lives up to hype and expectations. The phone can have unlimited features, but the processor will always be underpowered. Plus, the OS is not that great, compared to other OSes out there, even though everyone mostly says that the os is optimized for a mobile?! Right.... Oh well, I guess I'll wait for the Toshiba K01, touchscreen + qwerty keyboard + Snapdragon 1Ghz processor. Nokia will lose marketshare to windows mobile, and apple (can't believe I said that...)

Even my 2.2ghz dual core cpu slows down while generating thumbnails. You are trying every bit to prove that this fone is slow. Stupid bimbo. Why are u so obssesed with your fone that u come to this forum everyday to prove that ur fone is awesome. I know why, cause you want to tell the world why you made the mistake of buying that crap.
Well, next time, do some research before buying expensive stuffs. Hope you get some peace in life.
