Sikalosoft( which should be spelled Sickalosoft) produced the game and other apps for apple. There was no mention of apple discontinuing their services from sikalosoft.

Spokeswomen for apple Natalie Kerris wouldn't comment on why the app was ever approved OR How many people downloaded the game. Hmm. If it was only a few downloads of baby shaker game I'm sure apple would say that. Must have been a lot of sick people that downloaded it.

but whenn network problem with the nokia 5800
it was actually the providers fault not nokia's but nokia took a chance and took the blame for it
cause it was as network issue not a phone issue that's why nokia just had to flash the phones an put the new v20.0 it nothing else

Having not seen an N97 in the flesh, I cannot comment on the actual phone. But history has shown repeatedly that every phone or gadget hyped well in advance of it's launch has flopped. This is either because it has not delivered, or the competition had caught up. Here are some examples: SE Experia X1, Nokia N96, SE P990 (arrived a year late anyway) etc. Having owned a Samsung Tocco ULTRA for a week (trial), any smart/high end phone without an AMOLED display is not going to cut the mustard. Go compare the screen on a Tocco ULTRA to any other phone and be blown away by the blacks, colours and viewing angle. Perfect for photos and video - and sharing business content with a colleague watching over your shoulders.
Furthermore, like the ToccoULTRA (and many other touch screen phones), the N97 lacks something that more and more people desire - even on a full touch screen phone, namely, a DPAD. No matter how hard they try, phone manufacturers have yet to create a device with a touch screen that can be operated with one hand. The iPhone may be an exception, but then soon as the alpha keyboard pops up, two hands are essential.
This is why phones like the E71 and most other Nokias, Samsungs and recent Sony Ericsson's are so nice to use (even if lacking features), you can do almost everything with one hand.
Anyway, my main point is that the N97 needs an AMOLED display to compete with phones like the Samsung Omnia HD, which so far, looks amazing. (Even if lacking a DPAD!)

I know what did you sad, I know a lot of mobile phones, soon Nokia will use only Linux OS. Soon you will see models with 1 GHZ, 64 Gb internal memory, and 3.5 inch screen.
