This phone is good, but Sharp and the Idou are the best!!! Sony Ericsson has a phone with 12 MP camera, and Sharp a phone with 10 Mp CCD camera, Megapixel is not everything, the Idou has Symbian Os, and big screen, like the N97. Sharp also use Symbian. Soon Nokia will use only Linux OS. Oh my God!

Remember all the fun everyone had watching Palm and Apple's legal wordplay regarding multitouch patents? If you missed it, Apple delivered a very thinly veiled threat to Palm, flouting how it had touch-sensitive intellectual rights up the wazoo to protect itself from the competition. Apple, though, may be due for a heaping helping of humble pie, as it's now on the receiving end of a lawsuit from Elan Microelectronics claiming infringement on two patents -- both involving multitouch. Elan, best known for its keypads found in Eee PCs everywhere (along with some other diversions), won a court injunction against Synaptics for infringement on one of those patents, and seems like it may actually have a shot of shaking down the house of Jobs. It's also seeking an injunction against Apple to prevent it from selling the MacBook, iPhone, and iPod Touch until everything gets legally sorted. mizuchi, 24 Apr 2009too bad the CPU is gonna be like 500-600+ Mhz LOL on an... morewhere do you get the information about the CPU of Nokia N97? If it's CPU is 500MHz - 600MHz, then it is not so bad, but I think that it is not faster than 434MHz.

I'm a nokia fan all the way but if nokia could've put the 8 or 10 MP camera,HSDPA 7,2 on the N97,it would be unstoppable

Samsung Omnia HD will kill this N95 touchcreen with qwerty keyboard! Nothing really new, talk time is not good, CPU is 3 times less fast than Omnia HD! Yark, if this is suppose to be the flagship of Nokia, wow they did a big mistake!

20 million iphone with 1 billion downloads. average 50 downloads per phone. I would hardly call that user
friendly. I don't know how much those downloads would
cost, at $10 a piece that will be an aditional $500
on top of the cost of the phone. And all that trouble to go with.
