Everyone says Windows is crap ... But have you taken the time to see all things you can do with Windows and Linux that oSX can't do and the reason why there both slow cause there more structured

nokia is slow, low technology ... moreGuess you have never owned a Nokia S60.
It might seem slow because of the sluggish UI which is true, but it's a full multitasking platform that runs mutliple applications at the same time.
Try that on iPhone?

Mico2022, 12 Jan 2009look guys there are 4 mobile phones to choose nokia n97, so... morewell, just jumped up over X1, but its not windows OS,not less weight than x1.Expecting the set would be Black or Silver in color.Other than that...its a nice piece. loved it.

look guys there are 4 mobile phones to choose nokia n97, sony ericsson xperia x1, apple iphone and t-mobile g1 best 4 softwares in the world but for me i prefer the nokia n97 it's really as they call it the phone computer 48gb and 5mp camera with 3.5 in touchscreen ...... Awesome phone when they release this phone i'll buy it for sure

nokia is slow, low technology old school cellphone company! 10 years in the business still doesnt have that legendary phone! but apple 2 years in the business already created the phone that has changed phones forever! you stupid nokia guys should thank apple! if they did not create iphone non of this cellphone companies including nokia crap will make such phones today! hahaha you owe apple for your first decent phone to match omnia, x1 and htc touch pro!!! but iphone is the king and creator of all phones today!!! so to all nokia fans! say this....thank you apple! we have n97!!!!

Lol nope i know for a fact phones if set up proper can emit hi pitch and frequency sounds to mess up stuff like repeling bugs or calling dogs i had a V360 and i had an app for it that repelled bugs but it drained bat life XD

its a nice phone but the same old software just in a different looking device if you want what this phone offers blackberrys are the way forward i think once you own you understand why everyone doesnt go back to anything else besides them

but where's the fun in having a phone where you can't do whatever you want, with nokia the OS is interesting cause basically you can actually hack the phone yourself without been a techie, all you gotta do is know the right forums.

Ok weirdos, I have tried most of these phones except for the N97. They all have their good and bad. Unfortunately I like to be able to make a call and not have to search for where the call menu is hidden under what app. menu sub-program etc. I am still using my old N70 its a rock. I have it almost three years now. Even dropped it from a second floor a few times. Still working. Iphone is a good deal if you want to do things other than what you do with a phone. Even then Nokia still has more features than Iphone ever will. Different OS thats all.Im waiting on the N97 also, looks cool, and I donr care about price. It just has to do what I want it to at the press of a button not a few of them....
