your n97 mini is definitely defective I have one unit and my friend too, but all these problems you mentioned never happen. Better bring your phone to repair.

i tried download the latesrt firmware 0.45, but after it install and restart, it say system error and phone not compatible and it didnt upgrade at all in the end. can some one help me ??

I just bought that phone and it's fantastic. Some may argue that its touchscreen is not very sensitive. Presonally, however I find it much better than that of my previous two touchscreen phones. Some also may argue that the processor (434kHz) is not very fast. Personally, I didn't observe any slow processing. The phone has excellent design and feautures. Ah and one last thing. It also includes office applications which can be upgraded from the viewer version to the full Quick Office version.

I have tried everything. Maybe I cant download because my country is under sanctions. Googles already banned me , why not Ovi?
