i bought this fone in december 2009...i m using it regularly...its an excellent gadget...cool features...top class quality...amazing music...vry friendly UI(as i hav always used symbian fones)...more than a day and half usage of battery under excessive use(which includes wi-fi for 4-5 hrs, gps for 30 mins, camera 20-25 pics, 5-10 min video, music for 6-7 hrs, calls 2-3 hrs, sms 80-100, games for 30 mins)...extremely responsive touch screen...and till date i have not experienced any problems...guys do not listen to ppl bragging abt its slow processor and low ram...they probably dont knw wat a fone is...i guess they dont need a fone they want a master gadget for their tasks...i wud say go 4 it...d best fone nokia has evr made till date...cheers...!!!

Other than that capacitive touchscreen of X6, and that too without multi-touch input support, in what aspect do you see X6 better than N97 mini? And that capacitive factor is also useless for those who prefer using stylus most of the times.
Keeping aside slide out qwerty keyboard of N97 mini, Hardware specs of both N97 mini and X6 are the same in terms of screen size, screen resolution, processor and RAM. Moreover, you can charge your N97 mini via USB which X6 can't. And with N97 mini, you also have a memory card slot so you can carry number of cards with your favorite stuffs.
So, if you call N97 mini outdated, X6 also doesn't stand a chance to be termed updated.

camera is also good..i didnt like one thing which is the symbian 5.. i advise u to take the nokia n97 mini...it is better

Buy it if you want something with po... moreHow come i have an n97 mini, i've been using it for 7 months and not gone through all those nightmarish experience you have mentioned? The battery might be vicious at the start but improves its performance eventually. It definitely has a "tuning up" period.

Nokia 97 mini comes with all the features loaded and is priced reasonably and the looks any way better than Nokia X6

This phone is rubbish. Buy it if you want something with poor battery life, crashes at the end of a lot of calls, closes apps when you are using them & also when you have them running in the background, eg email. It's also not very sturdy as other reports say, the screen scratches very easily. They should make the battery quick release because it is very often the only way you can restart it. This is the second worst phone i have ever owned, the worst was the N95. I have been a loyal Nokia customer for many years but the rubbish they are throwing out now has made me switch. Next phone will be HTC. A friend has 1 & it looks amazing. They make the phones for google.

i'm thinking of buying either vivaz, vivaz pro ... moreplz dont buy anyone from these i have bought on 27 aug in evening to gift someone he received it on 29 aug i have complain on help line by talking to technical suporter and he is saying me it will not be echanged it has crossed 48 hours deadline
battery back up is 3 hours only
ear lead is not working well sound is very minimum
im facing many problem in this
