It can update Google security patch 2024-09. It says installation used or just gets stuck at 50%.

Yes, My tab doesn't have dialer and can't send or receive SMS. Please, has anybody resolved this issue? The sim card works fine with LTE browsing. But no sms or dialer to check balance Please I need help.
