i charged my cellphone and after 3 hours i unplugged it. knowing it is fully charged already, i call my friend then suddenly it shows battery empty.. my friend said it might have been overcharged that causes the battery to be ruined.. i opened it and saw the battery did not bloat even.. was that still the reason? was my battery being overcharged?

How to hard reset Nokia x1-01: This option restores the original operating system from the ROM. This formats the c: partition and deletes all data including the memory card. Key code *#7370# (click this combination of keys on the keyboard In the mobile) You can also achieve total reset by pressing and holding down following keys:
* + 3 + GREEN button (call) immediately after turning the mobile on.
Important note: please check your battery before hard reset, please fully charge your battery and plug charger before start hard reset.
