Its cheaper than 5233. Best music phone from nokia is X6. Then X5 then X3 touch and type then X2 than X3 than 5530 then 5800 then 5235 then 5130 then 5233 then 6303i then 7230.

Download nokia Software Updater from nokia website.
then update it by connecting your phone to computer.
update is available in India.
i bought this phone yesterday and updated too. This is Phone is Rocking

minu, 07 Oct 2010am totaly confused . wat to do? i would like to buy ths mob... morehi minu...yes... i too am sooooo much confused with lots of bad and good remarks.. anyway my budget is 6-7k and i would 90% go for this X2.. plus (for me) - music, internal radio, 5MP cam ... minus (for me) - not heavy/metallic, charging long, charge dry quickly (860 mAh)...

But with the supplied noise cancellation headset, the sound quality is very good in X2! I personally think music lovers should use headset or headphones to get full quality of music players, coz the tiny speakers of low budget mobiles are not good enough to deliver good quality sound. But for general purpose rough use, they are OK. Dont get serious about this matter plz! But if you want comparison between 5130 and X2, I'd say go for the X2, coz its a new one with S40 6th edition platform. And you'll get more support in future than the 5130, which is a good set but Old now!

I only tried to help someone as far as possible, if this means wrong to you, then I am very very sorry, I am not an engineer, but a medical person by profession, so I haven't vast knowledge about mobile engineering, but as an experienced Nokia user for about 5 yrs.
