You need one PC with net connection. First you have to download the NSU and then install it in your PC. Click on the link below to download the nokia software updater-
Here is the software link you need
http://nds1.nokia.com/files/support/global/phones/software/NokiaSoftwareUpdaterSetup_EN.exe
Install the software in your computer. Now connect your PC to internet. Connect your mobile phone to PC via USB cable.
Then you double click on nokia software updater icon on your desktop.
Click on start tab and now the program automaticlly checks for updates.You will find the 4.9 firmware.The update file size is just above 50Mb.
Make a backup of all the messages, contacts,photos etc because all of them will be lost while updating to newer version.
Note: Do not unplug your device while updation is taking place it may severly damage your device if you do so. After some minutes of boring wait, your firmware update will be done and your phone will restart to finally have the new software version! Check it in your phone by pressing *#0000# in the standby mode.

now i'm using sony ericsson zylo,nokia x2 is better then zylo or? in x2 it has torch light like sony ericsson? and how is the ringer sound quality,

X2 is Good stylish phone at good price! Anyone thinking to have it, may buy it without hesitation. But before buy you have to decide as per your requirements. There are better phones with better features, but they will come with more prices. If your concern is a basic phone with good camera, good interface, good music player, and some net browsing all within a good price, and of coarse with Nokia brand value, then X2 will be unbeatable at present moment!

I have seen the mobile it is pretty good and of course all the options are available except 3g, I feel its a good mobile for a common man because the price is just 5800 only.

Both are very good S60 phones with double camera, multitasking, 3.5g, 16.7 million QVGA 2.2 inch display (n73 262 k QVGA 2.4 inch display) and 16 gb memory support and A - GPS.(n73 just 2 gb memory).for price greater than 10000 rs. my personal favorite are E5 and C6 which have all above features and WLAN which is absent in n73. Wait for X3-02 touch and type which will cost just rs. 7500.00 only.
