Itz good but the camera doesnt seem like 5MP . Nd nt having better batery back up , as nokia X6, 6303i have.

1)You no the clarity of any Nokia 2Mp phone camera.Is the 5Mp camera of X2 is much better than that or it slightly better than that?
2)How many days the battery runs in a stable network area?
3)What is the actual talk-time of the battery?
4)How much time its take to be fully charged after empty battery message?
5)Can you tell me its actual market price.

has anyone noticed signal strength issues in nokia x2, when we switch it on it takes ages to find signal also while roaming it does not pick u signal, anyone facing similar problems

Hi guys and gals, many people here are giving negative comments about this handset. But as no gadget in this world are perfect enough to satisfy everyone, coz everyone has different requirements, different choices! I would like to share my experience that X2 is really good set in this price(rs.5700). As it is a S40 handset, dont expect multi tasking from it, only music player and some dedicated net-based app can run in background. But believe me, there is much improvement in 6th edition phones like this. I am an experienced user of old S40 phones and also I have used my E51 extensively for last 2.5 yrs, which is a S60 3rd phone. But E51 has not a good camera, so I was in search for a good budget handset for easy day to day operation, with a good camera. And the X2 has the all that I need. I should say its pros: 1) Much improved S40 6th edition interface with 'active homescreen' in which you can add your useful shortcuts to stay at the desktop, very bright big display 2) A good (not excellent, but good) 5 mp camera with powerful flash(capable of taking snap in complete darkness) 3) good music player, with a very good noise cancellation headset supplied as a bonus I think 4) stereo speakers which are loud enough for ringing as well as listening music 5)dedicated keys for music player, camera, volume control and external card slot. 6)easy micro usb connector with charging support 7)opera mini 4.2 integrated with nokia inbuilt browser(but you can download/install Opera mini 5, which support multiple tabs, but remember not to open huge and a lot of pages at a time, it will crash/hang!), also you can install UCWeb 7.2 java version browser, which also support multiple tabs 8) not so big thing, but a very strong and useful flashlight(camera flash LED) 9)Wireless FM Radio 10)easy stable bluetooth connection also as modem, which is very useful for users to connect to PC for net. 11)A lot of mail client in built, I have recently connected my Yahoo India mail very easily. 12) dedicated OVI app and nokia account application. 13)An useful basic photo editor handy indeed and a fun tool too! 14)good music player that can play mp4 video and streaming Youtube videos too! And now some cons to mention: 1) slow photo gallery, may be due to handling of 5mp large files. 2) No display brightness control, which can cause discomfort for use at night time web browsing. Also the display has narrow viewing angle, may be due to keeping the price low! 3) no option for browsing in the nokia inbuilt browser. 4)keypad is a bit firm to hard, so heavy texters may have difficulty, also the glossy finish of the front of the phone is prone to dust and fingerprint. I can assure you this phone has no big problem at all, but YOU HAVE TO DO A FIRMWARE UPGRADE TO THE LATEST VERSION i.e. Nokia X2-00 V 04.90 28-09-10 RM-618. So what are you waiting for? Go and grab the new and sexy X2-00 and have fun!

It hangs whenevr I use Camera or video. It fell in water last month and now Nokia says it is unrepairable. Buy a new one..I have used this phone only for 15 days and since pixels don`t matter much I would suggest not to take this phone. There are many better versions in similar price ramge.

Those which were of aug or jul 2010 date improvement was very little. Mine was of sep. 10 and i was lucky enough. My patience to wait and buy X2 paid off. To me its an excellent phone for its price.
