There is some three lines at the bottom. Pull that up. Then you will get the delete option.
I hope that is what you wanted.

I am not getting push notification from email apps on both gmail and outlook.
I have tried every mention steps.
Do other have this problem too?

I do agree that the best experience of this device Nokia x2 can be attained via stock ROM.
Why not to root?
1. No bloatware in Nokia x2. There were some pre-installed apps, all can be uninstalled completely.
2. Play store reputed alternatives available such as Amazon App Store & Opera Store.
Research shows people never install more than 90 apps. Play Store has 2.2 million apps as of today.
3. Android KitKat doesn't allow writing to SDcard via installed apps.
4. Android Lollipop does run on dual core provided the CPUs should be either Intel or Krait.
When run on Cortex-a7 (Nokia x2), symptoms felt are reduced battery backup, force close errors & system lags.
5. Android Marshmallow requires atleast quad core CPU.
6. Cannot be over-clocked, no need to under-clock.

Please note double tap wake up works when phone is locked and/or when the screen is off.
Make sure that you switch ON the feature "Screen Double Tap" under Display Settings.
----- Now, TAP TWICE on the backside of phone (preferably center) using your NAILS. -----
Why so? Because on the front, Nokia x2 is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass as an ADDITIONAL LAYER covering the whole front side, NOT JUST THE SCREEN. And on the back, it is protected by a hard & durable backcover shell which is very useful when phone falls. This design makes it solid and tough. Nokia devices are known for BUILD QUALITY.
Thus the phone is not compacted/compressed so as to register your touches instead of nails for double tap. If you remove the back cover you'll notice that the phone appears to be very slim & bezels to be very less, which definitely makes it look worth 5 times it's cost.
