i am from ethiopia i purchased this mobile and i am very sorry for Nokia it is very poor performing....i can not use the tough not responding at all and there is no option to call from memory without the touch..pleas tell me the solution to make the touch to respond before i crash it on the ground

This phone really rocks, touch for webpages & type for entering any info, the keypad is delight to use, appreciate keypad's new design, takes time to get used to, but after some time it really enjoyable.
I have used samsung and sony phones but my opinion about this phone is:
likes:-
camera quality - very good pics
keypad - new thing, struggled initially, but loved later
touch - i will give 8 out of 10
music - earpiece are waste, rest is superb
looks - can beat any phone in market.

Operating of this phone is the worst 1..
next thing about the camera is that its not help ful in dark conditions..
peoples and objects are nearly invisible and next one about the qwerty when texting and writing large e-mails is very good..
they just gave wi-fi features 4 just saying i'm not even not able to connect to my friends tethered hotspot..
touchscreen is the worst part of this phone compared to nokia's basic touch screen..X3-02,
i can't call this phone as a smart phone..
smart phone in which the apps could be install and used, but in case in this phone i couldn't even install a single app..
so i call this phone as a basic normal phone instead of smart phone..
the social networking on this ph is also one of the worst 1..

Anonymous, 01 Jun 2011..can it view/play videos in youtube?The specifications are good. The improvements they could make is the resolution. 480*800 would be best. The touch screen should be capacitive not resistive. It doesn't need to but could have a secondary camera (inner camera.) REMOVE the keypad. The video recording should be 720x480@30fps. Try to include a GPS! Maybe make the screen wider (i.e. 3.0-3.5 inches.) That's all I think that needs improving. LG KM900 specifications would make this phone good and make Nokia even better.

It's very awesome. It just DEPENDS on the person using it. I tell you it's awesome. Why would such a grandeous cellphone company make a low quality cellphone huh? X3-02 is great guys. : )))))) Great apps.
