my battery only has a short life.. but it is still brand new.. i have this phone for just less than 5 days but my battery has a short life especially when i am using mp3 why?..

i bought new phone Nokia x3-02 but my touch screen not work properly on any thing i click it take 3 -4 time to again and again touch. it just one month then what will happen in next years? i pad full amount so i want full feedback okkkkk
