No navigation pad, very annoying when you need to scroll and text, especially tiring on the thumb when trying to reach the space bar on the rightmost corner of the keypad.
Touchscreen is useless considering the size of screen.
Battery drains fast
Better go for full touchscreen phones or classic keypad phones than touch and type. Touch and type does not work out, this is a very bad design by Nokia, particularly x3-02 model which from the 1st day to 1week's time of use, a lot of defects and user complaints are being raised.
If you buy this, x3 fanatic user will applaud but you will regret it.

Excellent phone. Good battery life. Charges quickly. Touch screen good as well. So far having no problems. Enjoying my new phone since a month:)

i buy nokia X3 02 model.
when i dial/recive some numbers in it i cant find how to delete single no. from it i have delete all recive/dial numbers plz help if anyone find that

I purchased a Nokia X3-02 from Chowhan Telecom Services on Feb 28, 2011 a Nokia authorized reseller with IMEI No 356981040434269, Dark Grey.
I made an informed decision to buy the phone based on the research and reading on various web pages and blogs as I was impressed with its sleek design, unique key pad with touch UI and also its music capabilities like it being a music enabled phone, could download 4 million tracks online and keep it forever.
I am a NOKIA fan from the last 10 years and have been brand loyal in-spite of the better and newer products from Apple and Android and for your information I picked up the Nokia N8 last Oct’10
I was in for a terrible shock when I tried to register the X3-02 with the Ovi Music Player, and it returned a message that the phone is ‘NOT A MUSIC ENABLED’ phone. My User manual and the Nokia Page (India) does mention this phone as a music enabled phone.

I amtrying to download skype and am in a WLAN, but am out at sea, so cant do it the normal way of receiving an sms to commence the download.Is there any other way that I can download this application and also want to know whether this application will work on this phone
