I don't know... moremy mobile wifi doesn't need to be manually filled up with proxies. it does the job automatically. connection is great. but im not talking about x3-02. im talking about sony ericsson elm. i just pass by to see x3-02. im so glad i chose elm over nokia.

I can't get the phone to connect to my wi-fi. I don't know how to set the proxy on this phone, can someone give me a solution. I really wish I never bought this phone but I have, and im stuck with it. Cant really afford to get a new phone right now, TOUGH...

For x3 fanatic, he says this is 8/10 but i say:
Nokia x3-02: 0.5 out of 10
Pros:
Its brand new.
Cons:
1.After buying you will see the defects.Some had returned the product for repairs after a day, or 1week's use.
2.Keys fall from the keypad because they were just glued one by one. The keypad is not a one whole piece, but the keys are separately attached one by one.my gosh.
3.The space bar is located on the rightmost lower part of the keypad, where reaching for the space bar is terribly tiring using the thumb.You will desperately try to reach it.
4.The phone turns off by itself.
5.Poor battery life
6.Touchscreen is useless considering the size.You will accidentally press other functions.Irritating.
7.Not so clear during calls.
8.No navigation key, you will find scrolling difficult.
9.The slimness makes it easier to slip in your hands.
10.Most importantly congratulations on your new phone, you bought it as brand new, and in one day, one week's time, you saw these defects.And nokia would not admit the defects.You have no choice but to have it repaired.You bought it brand new and you'll agree to have it repaired? Listen to x3 fanatic and Happy Regretting!

What you're complaining was already a problem by lots of users of this phone.Actually there were a lot of complaints/defects found on this phone in one week's time the phone has been bought. Better check the negative comments than positive ones. Those who give positive comments may tend to be biased, or others are trying to sell this product. Like for x3-fanatic user, he keeps on uplifting the phone, where in fact a lot of defects had been found on this one, maybe he has a defect.

I just bought this unit last week and from the looks of it I might go back to the type method instead of the touch & type. Im not very comfy about the X3-02. There's a lot missing when it comes to ease of use. Not really that user friendly. Oftentimes its hard to scroll. I should have stuck to my instincts rather than my impulse. What i really had in mind buying is the E52. Sigh!

i looked at facebook photos of a gurl i know hu have this fone. Thats really not good enough, the cam is just bad. Now add that to the wifi problems many have, the weird sound during calls, the glued buttons, the resistive touchscreen, the * 0 # keys in the wrong place, and you have pretty much the picture.
I also recommend sony ericzn, better quality and W-series r the best music fones, no doubt abt it. If ppl insist on Nokia then get the C3-01, but stay away from x3-02!

The battery stand by time according to the specs is 408Hrs but my unit is only good for 48Hrs stand by. Not sure if this is a battery problem.
Is there anyone here who experience thesame problem?
