When looking for a good phone, its better to look on negative comments than positive ones.
The negative ones are things we do not like to find in a phone.
I had a hands on experience on x3-02. Believe me, the keys do fall out from the keypad. They were just glued(poorly glued) one by one on the keypad. Barely unnoticed, you will lose keys one by one.
The screen is small for a touch screen.Its annoying during browsing.
In Messaging,the space bar located on bottom right of keypad is difficult to reach. How many spaces do u make in a text message? Remember the keypad is 4x4 including the call keys, so the space bar is located far away and your thumb will numb trying to reach it.
In a few months a lot of dissatisfied owners of this unit will realize this. I hope Nokia is like Toyota that recalls faulty products. Was there a time Nokia admitted faults in their products? Think about it. Where's the "Nokia Care"? Just asking..

i unknowingly updated to the new firmware without back up and have lost all the themes, tones, games, apps and everything from the phone.
anybody can help me to get all of them back to my mobile.please.....
i dont want to take the mobile to the nokia care center as i bought the phone only a day back.

Are these not the specifications of X6. I have heard that X3 has 3.2 MP camera and no 3G.
Also is it available in India or not ?

Anonymous, 21 Dec 2010we made the same choice, Samsung and Nokia, but I am happy ... moremine last for 2 days with heavy use.........
and also update your phone to 5.65, battery life should be fixed.
on my side , " im lovin the x3-02" so classy...

Just lessen the brightness of your phone and make sure not too many apps are open.

PMH, 21 Dec 2010Completely hopeless!!!!!, I never used a Nokia before and s... morewe made the same choice, Samsung and Nokia, but I am happy with the X3-02, difficult to believe you only an use the phone for 5 or 8 hours, but if you say so...it will be like that, mine is keeping 4 to 5 days with one battery charge

Completely hopeless!!!!!, I never used a Nokia before and since I hav Samsung galaxy tab I thought I would buy an ordinary keypad phone. The battery just dies out... went to NOKIA service center they said battery was defective & gave me a new battery but now instead of dying in 5 hrs it die in 8 hrs!!!! IF ONLY THEY COULD SOMETHING WITH THE POWER CONSUMPTION THIS PHONE WOULD HAVE BEEN A REALLY GOOD ONE!!! No w I ahve to go back to the service center and see what they can do for me????

i agreee what is said below in some posts, dont get this fone, the C3-01 TNT is a much better fone. Or, its not that C3-01 is so very good, its more that the X3-02 is so bad.
Touch'n'Type in general is a bad idea, instead of getting some good from two worlds the X3-02 will give you the worst of two worlds, you get both a bad keypad and a bad touchscreen.
