Am buying 2 months before but nw not working .., ask on customer care its working u can visit our nokia store, gone to there means thye said its all are good condition, but not working, after the call its automatically restart ,.., and OPERA MINI, NIMBUZZ, NOKIA BROWER ALL ARE NOT WORKING..... I THINK THIS MODAL GIVE NAGATIVE TO NOKIA ....

stone, 20 Apr 2012this pphone is very good but the touch has stopped working.... moreMy touch screen has gone 4 times in 8 months. Nokia repair it and it just keeps going. They havnt offered me a refund or a new phone and they delete my data everytime they repair it!!

it's one of the worst phone ever!!!!nokia has completely lost it....hangs a lot,gets heated up, poor battery life, wi-fi stops working every now and then, touch screen becomes unresponsive, the list goes on... only looks good, nothing else..please don't waste your money on this crap...i would never buy nokia again.

I have this phone since December of last year. I will gladly share my experience over the course of months that I have this handset with me. So here are the pros and cons of X3-O2 Touch and Type:
PROS:
1.) This handset is feature-packed. It is the perfect device for those people who doesn't want to get involved in to the complexities of using a full-fledged smartphone. It has the most basic applications such as Bluetooth, Camera, Calculator, Calendar, Stopwatch, Alarm Clock, MP3 Player, Voice Recording, To-do list, Notes, Countdown Timer and some games. It even has customizable themes that you can download for free (But some of them were paid, actually) at the Nokia Ovi Store.
2.) It has USB on the go and you can charge the device via USB. Though charging the phone via USB will take longer than plugging the device to the wall.
3.) The phone is so light and thin that when you put it on your pocket, you barely notice that it's there. Also, the phone is stylish enough and the metal finish on the back cover gives it a premium feel into it. Also, there are different colors to choose from. Mine is White Silver and I think that the combination is very classy and sophisticated.
4.) The screen is responsive enough to the touch.
5.) The earpiece and the loudspeaker is decent enough.
6.) The device's clarity and pixel density is better than Samsung Galaxy Y.
CONS:
1.) The keys are not that comfortable for typing long messages. I wish that Nokia designed this device to have a little more of extra space under the keypad so that the thumb and the palm can rest on the phone comfortably.
2.) Camera is a bit of a letdown. It has five megapixels, but it was pretty basic. The quality is not something to write home about. The camera is fine for some outdoor picture taking under normal lighting conditions but indoors? The result would be a noisy, dim photo with very poor contrast. Also, I don't like the fact that the phone doesn't have a dedicated camera key button which makes taking pictures of yourself quite a frustration.
3.) The battery, under normal usage would last to me for about a day or more. It is not that efficient, thinking that this phone only falls under the feature phone category.
4.) No multitasking.
5.) No GPS.
6.) The phone would shut itself down for about some grueling seconds or a minute whenever I receive text messages. Whenever I try unlocking it, the phone wouldn't respond except if I decide to wait a bit longer. More often than not, the phone would totally not respond that I have to remove the battery on the back cover and restart it again. It's frustrating.
7.) Very limited internal storage.
VERDICT:
Overall, I think that this phone is okay, not good or great. If you want more out of your phone, then a consumer should consider of buying a smartphone rather than a feature phone like this one. However, the size and the form factor perfectly defines portability. If you're not the type who's into gigantic, bulky four-inchers or more, then this phone is for you. Also, I think that there are better alternatives under this price range. And yes, I'm thinking of replacing my phone anytime soon with a smartphone.

I have this phone since December of last year. This phone supports USB on the go feature. However, since this phone does not have a Document Viewer, viewing your files would be pretty much useless. So I say, I was very disappointed with this feature.
Next, you can charge your phone via USB. But I would not recommend it because the device would take long, grueling hours before it is fully charged.
The resolution is okay. Not good or not great, just in between. But I think that the screen resolution is slightly better than Samsung Galaxy Y.
The camera? Well, below average. It takes nice photos but it is nothing to write home about. It is five megapixels but I personally think that the quality could only pass as VGA. I also hate the fact that there is no dedicated camera key, which is really frustrating since you have to blindly reach for the camera button on the screen when you're going to take pictures of yourself. So yeah, the camera is disappointing.
Battery life lasts for 2-3 days under normal use. Well, I can't even tell you the condition under heavy usage because I haven't tried surfing in this phone.
I also hate the fact that the phone automatically locks, say, every five seconds. And when you have to unlock it again, suddenly, it shuts down itself for about a minute causing you to remove the battery for awhile to restart the device.
And I also don't like the awkward placing of the keys because it will take some time getting used to.
Overall, the score of this phone is 3 out of 5. An okay phone, but definitely not great.
This is my last Nokia phone ever.

Used 7 days and it heats up and turns off automatically. one day it turned off and never turned back on. :( fuck this phone. nokia care centre told that it cannot be repaired and they refused to give warranty as its my fault.
