It is Nice set. But many draw backs in the set. AVI, mpg files r not open and if u r using vedio files no forword & no backword. If u r record vedio this mobile, file use many space. Camera quality good. Not support live tv softwares.

i bought my nokia X3-02 a month ago. first i was so exited about that phone. but when i had it already, i'm so disappoint because after a month the aduio of my phone got trouble. i surrendered it to the nokia care center for immediate action but they send it to manila for repair and i'll wait for 15 days. so if that takes long what am i gonna use for some other days? i'm so disappointed.

I wish they enhance the X3-02 Touch and type to make new improve one, like improving the disadvantage of the phone, but not affecting the style of it, cos the style is perfect but needs more enhancing of the handset like the battery and the OS :/

oh noh. sounds like a lot of people has bad experience on this phone. Maybe because nowadays. Nokia were ALL made in CHINA. its sad that China has poor quality in the market.

its cute but battery is so bad.. i charged evryday..even though in standby mode, it only last for 2 days..

lisa, 04 Oct 2011need to buy this phone having been checking it for a while ... moreonly IM skype, it seems Skype does not want bring real Skype client to this fone. but the phone has built in VoIP included so you can use that for free calls

My previous phone the 5310 still works pretty even after three years of use but my x3-02 has been a dreadful disappointment. I have only had this phone for seven months and I have had the earpiece replaced under warranty since it stopped working. Now the speaker has stopped working. Already two major problems in just seven months of use. Other than that this phone also has a tendency to restart on its own.

my nokia is brand new aswell as my friends.. but i don't coz our phone will just restart by itself... in the middle of a call or text.. and how come this is happening when in fact our phone is only 2 weeks old.. and we bought the phone in a different nokia store in a different city...
