Bought mobile in April. Touch screen now not working at all. Updated the mobile software twice but still nothing changed. When you update the sofware all settings and preferences are lost. Had to by a new battery because the device got heaten up and the battery stopped working. This is my forth or fifth Nokia and its the worst one I've ever got.
I won't suggest buyinh this product.

Anil N Gowda, 07 Aug 2011Pls help me...how to move the Songs/Images/Videos from one ... moreI dnt have this phone yet but I'm a loyal nokia user so this is how I know that easy task to be done: scroll to the desired file and selecte options then selecte move the it will as you to choose the target folder press options again on your memory card then selecte open then you can selecte your desired targe. Hope it works, good luck
