2.free headset-not provided in all region.the phone costs more than worth.so u can buy separately.
3.best pc soft-rest r nt worst as u r explaining.
4.double flash-yes accepted..in fact its only better spec..
5.quality and robustness-wat does dat exactly mean??this phone is made up of plastic unlike eseries htc handsets and iphone so durability is doubt..quality-worst ui,sluggish interface,worst hardware[processor,ram]as compared to compitition..
6.charger-dont u get a charger while purchasing new phone??

fayaz, 23 Apr 2010I would say the phone market today is a battle of touch scr... moreThey are NOT phones, more multi-media tablets, this market is awash with touch screens agreed. where is small is beautiful? my favourite tablet 'phone' is my Toshiba TG01.I still feel symbian in it's current form is outdated, personally i think android is the most practical. you have to now look upon these devices as you would a netbook, as most are falling into the same specs ilk eg different manufacturer same o/s. symbian was years ahead of it's day originally, but feels like windows, full of bolt on's!

I would say the phone market today is a battle of touch screen phone. There are among others 4 best selling phone on the market with incredible features respectively, they are :
Nokia X6,
SonyEricsson Xpedia X10,
Blackberry Storm 2 (BBS2) and
iphone.
Which one is the best, depend enormously on the choice of the buyer. If you like nokia N95, then X6 is the upgrade. Actually, Nokia X6 is the top choice and best rated phone and most demanding one on the market. Because of the pc and ovi suite are quite easy to use, nokia has earned a prestige in its own image.
SE X10, very good phone but lack flexibility and is poor in features in pc softwares when compared to nokia pc suite. SE X10 is great for a business to sync data but there is one disadvantage, battery life is short, it need recharge at the end of every day. Nokia X6 comparably beat SE X10 on battery life, talk and stand by which is at least two days.
Blackberry Storm 2 (BBS2), world acclaimed data phone is a must for company and mail exchange. It is fully customizable in terms of OS and applications. But the touchscreen is somewhat disappointed - when one touch the screen, the screen go deep inside and then release. The whole screen is like a button, in and out at every touch. If you are working in a dust environment, then, this phone is perhaps not the right choice because the gap between the border and the in and out of the touch screen will surely catch dust in the long run and subsequently will freeze up the touchscreen. Otherwise, the phone is good for mail-addic.
iphone, what to say, leading the market, good phone with great features, responsive touchscreen without dead touch. This phone has one big big big big disadvantage : the battery is not removable, Thus the phone has a definite life time of 3 year or less. I agree that in three years there would be much greater phone and this one would be already given to our child to play with. But in terms of investment, this phone will has shorter and shorter life when closing up to three years life time. And in the last year, it would be an investment since the phone will need recharge often.
As conclusion, among the four best phone on the market, I would choose nokia x6 because,
1. Long battery life
2. Come up with a free wireless bluetooth earpiece (headset).
3. Best pc software for sync.
4. has double flash at the back for taking good pictures.
5. Has earned a name in terms of quality and robustness.
6. You can use your old charge like N95 to charge the phone. useful if you are at a friend place. This charger is a standard adopted by nokia.
So, nokia x6 beat all the three other phones and is the best choice of the day.

[deleted post]I have a challenge for nokia, that they go back to making PHONES that's what they were good at! stop wanting to make iphone clones's. This is your challenge nokia, make a PHONE that everybody will want to own, built in a nokia fashion, be it a concept design, perhaps very small even credit card sized, maybe using solar power or even coated with a property that converts the use of friction into an electrostatic capacitive charge, by rubbing the coating, etc. Something original and cheap to produce that's totally a must have!

[deleted post]Depending on what country you live in, here in the uk, none. 5230, based on superb value for money. Have to say I feel the 5230 is in design terms maybe even better than all three you mention. Ok has inferior camera in specification, but not in reality. Has resistive screen, that makes stylus input possible. N97 both versions are costly, with little added bonus. Let's be honest do you not agree symbian is coming to the end in it's current guise? Ok nokia can add a few bells and whistles, better cameras capacitive screens, etc. But is this o/s reaching it's boundaries? Fine for a pre pay handset, but surely even nokia have to look at if they should be using this o/s still?

Having praised the nokia 5230 for being the bargain of the decade on pre pay at 75 uk pounds, this seems a costly handset. Actually, I doubt the touch capacitive screen, helps, unless you've got small fingers browsing must be a nightmare without a stylus. I just feel symbian is a little stale, time to move on? To think same processor, similar screen and with the added bonus of stylus input all for a lot less! If I was buying a contract phone it would need to be an htc probably with android or winmo.

Waoh!! At last it has happen the long awaited nokia X6 is here again. First i want to thank the management of nokia centre both in nigeria and other place in this world. @sweetie If you really need the 12 mpix cam (which is great actually) take the satio. but consider that the satio is thicker than the X6 and far less sleek. also the satio has a resistive touchscreen while the X6 has a capacitive one - huge difference in handling.
i got both and prefer the satio due to it's great media player and the cam however i consider the satio a partial failure as concerns design and haptics. if it wasn't for the mediaplayer, the cam and the better integrated a2dp bluetooth support i'd prefer the X6.
