The main reason why I'd love to have it is its capacitive touch screen. But looks like Nokia will take years to launch it in India. :(
Anyone knows any deadline within which Nokia can be expected to launch it?

I think you need a phone with good mixture of features and style so in my opinion you should go for Nokia 5530 xm , price is approx 11,500 Rs, you will get several advantage over samsung like unlimited message storage, supports plenty of games and themes unlike Samsung and much more...
