I am Windows mobile user where the touch screen experience is to its best. I have recently purchased Nokia X6 8 GB and so far i havent faced any problem yet...
when i compare the touch effect it is not as good as windows phone but still i will say for a multimedia phone its nice.
and looking at price and other function i really feel the phone is good for price..
I seriously dont trust on Sony Erricsson phone so i wont comment on that but ...as we all know there can be no comparission between Nokia and Samsung....
Another advantage of buying Nokia X6 compared to Sony or Samsung phone is ..the avalability of sofwarwes and mumtimedia softwares is easy and in lot..on internet...
When people say they face hanging problem i will recommend them not to use unwanted softwares from net...! and if you do so do not complain..!
So i will definately suggest this phone...!

Hai Guys ..i wish to Buy Nokia X6 8Gb ..And am a Messenger .. would like to know whether i would face a problem for easy messaging as there is no Stylus..Is it easy to type message just with fingers?Please Help me..Thnk U..

A Very good phone from Nokia, Good Camera specially for Video shooting,Dual Led Flash is enough to take pics in bad light, All the features available in this phone, Capacitive touch is Impressive,available in low cost compare to other phones, Personally I dont like phones from Samsung so no negative comments for them but yes i have compared phones from Nokia, Sony Erricsson and Samsung. Sony Errocsson is far behind then other companies, where samsung have phones (Jet, Wave) but with high price tag compared to Nokia.I got 8GB version. It doesn't have extended memory slot but for me 8gb is enough.
Good phone to buy.
Pros: Capacitive Touch, 16M Colours display, Quality of Video Shooting.
Cons: No Extended Memory Slot (Not a cons for people who required limited memory like me)
Note: I have not referred other co's phones like LG, HTC, Blackberry Etc. all comments are belong to me only.

Since most things u do on 5800 u can do on any other s60v5 u may wanna check this out. Just search for "maemo on my 5800" on youtube and I assure u guys r gonna love it. basically some guy has managed to put maemo on 5800 and thats not all....he has also merged maemo with symbian^3. yes I said it, symbian^3.

Wave is much better than x6..but it will cost around 17k..x6 8gb is around 13.7k. there is 1 diff. betxeen 8gb n 16 gb edition apart frm memory ofcourse 8gb comes wid wh 205 n 16 gb wid wh 701 headset..wh 701 has more control features..but audio quality of both r good enotth..

Nokia E5 would cost you little more than your budget.
Nokia X3-02 is under your budjet,just go for it when it arrives only if you are satisfied with S40 OS rather than S60 :)

x6-> normal lcd
jet->5.1 dolby sorround
x6->very poor speaker
jet->2gb/8GB internal memory, external up to 16gb microsdhc.
x6->16gb internal, no cardslot.
jet->support divx,mp4,avi,mp3,wma,wmv.
x6-> only mp4.
jet->samsung os support third party application,widget.
x6->symbian OS
jet-> music play up to 2days battery life.
x6-> music play 8hours battery life.
jet->movie play 1bar equivalent to 2movies so full battery is equal to 6movies play.
x6-> only 2movies play in full battery.
jet-> has dolphin browser very fast internet browser youtube no buffer.
x6->laggy during browsing, need to download iplayer to watch youtube but is laggy.

the phone is nice camera is good sound is also nice but the only drawback is the genetic problem of n series symbian phone that is the hanging problem other than that its good
