Touch is awesome no doubt
X6 hangs conditions
1.too many third party apps
2.installing unsigned apps
3.exiting any apps through ur red button given bottom.
If u will avoid these things u wil not face any problems like hangs.thanks

I'm really confused betwee... moreBetter opt for Nokia X6 because its the tried and tested Operating system used in there successful Models like Nokia 5800,N97 and N97 mini. X6 is more stylish with a excellent touch screen and almost all the features available in the high end models.
Generally Symbian requires very less Ram as compared to Android which is very thirst for Ram.
Don't get Carried over by the hype created by Google over there Operating System Android.

For all X6 users, isn't the 8GB only (no external memory) a severe limitation. Have you felt the need for more memory till now? Is internal memory better than external memory in any way?

Symbian 3 going to be out in 4th quarter. I think the Nokia C6-01 is not too over priced. It might be a better option for potential X6 buyers like me.

I'm planning to buy a new phone. I'm really confused between Nokia X6 and Samsung Galaxy3 (i5800). After reading the reviews, I guess with X6, I get better camera, better resolution, secondary camera and Nokia's durability. And with Galaxy3, I get better processor speed and more RAM and lower cost.
So, the confusion ultimately comes in choosing the OS. The big question is Symbian or Android? Is UI on Symbian of X6 as bad as people hate it so badly over Android?
Also, does Android require more hardware (processor freq. and RAM) for its functioning, so that the higher specs of Galaxy3 are canceled by the presence of Android?
