I have little respect for Samsung and they don't innovate when it comes to design. Unlike Nokia, Samsung just simply copies the iPhone from the icons, to the shape of the phone, up to the UI.

Always same phone from Nokia with crappy prehistoric symbian and even no autofocus. They are only making them even uglier...Cannot believe people are still buying Nokia phones. Open your eyes ! Look at all the great phones from Samsung, LG, HTC, even SE.

looks like both of them have copied some patents from each other. Samsung has copied ios looks, icons etc. And Apple has copied wireless patent infringement and samsung is also going to sue apple. Looks like there is going to be a war between samsung and apple...

Reason why nokia has used dual core on n95 and has not used in mordern phones like n8, c7, c6-01, x7, e7,e6
In Nokia N95
One is the, so called, Application Processor Engine (APE), which handles the high-level operating system Symbian/S60.
The other is the Baseband Engine, or the modem processor, which handles the cellular software and real-time network communications.
If both of these processors are on different physical silicon chips, then it is a dual-chip device.
If the processors are on the same chip, it is a single-chip, dual-core device.
In mordern phones
If the functions of the two processors are given to a single processor, then it is a single-chip, single-core device. (That's the reason why nokia is using single core device)
Such hardware solutions on Symbian OS based devices have been technically possible since the, so called, EKA2 (EPOC Kernel Architecture 2) was introduced; Symbian OS 8.0b, 8.1b, 9.0, 9.1, etc.). And i think this technology is not found in the processors used by android
In addition to the more general purpose processors (usually based on technology by ARM), there can be additional processors, such as DSPs (Digital Signal Processors) or 2D or 3D graphics accellerators. These can also be on the same chip (same silicon), or separate.(these are nothing but the graphics card such as Broadcom BCM2727 GPU used in n8, c7 etc)
I hope now android dumb guys understand this....

680 MHz ARM 11 is to 2000 and late, lol.
I own a N8 and I'm very happy with the camera, but it's laggy as crap. Sometimes I press 5 or 6 keys, I let go the keyboard and after a few seconds the characters start to appear in the screen. What a piece of $hit, the user experience is the worst I've experiences in a phone. My older samsung E250 and my Nokia 5530 XM had much better response and user experience.
Thanks God Nokia decided to move away from Symbian.

Check the speed of the mobile the day you bought and after using some time in internet.

dont know about this one, but nokia please dont leave off the i.r.sensor on the n950,iv gotten so useful to me on the n900.

I honestly don't understand why nokia is doing this. Camera is the same as C7's, C7s camera is worth camera i ever seen in past 2 years. Why couldn't the make 5 mp but with autofocus?
I bought C7 and it was my bigest mistake. Phone isn't bad, but there are small thing driving me MAD!!!

RAM doesnt make any difference. Its the quality of OS and the technical logic with which you manufacture a phone. Look at apple iphone 3GS . It has only 128MB ram. I have it.. Even if you open 50 applications all at a time running, the phone will not even hang a little. Apple Iphone 3GS with 128 MB RAM run jet fast.I have tried this to test the apple .. It didnt hang . So its all about the OS (I OS for apple ) and other mechanism which makes the phone faster or slower. People with NO KNOWLEDGE will keep on yelling that so and so phone has less RAM. HEnce that phone is waste....

i work at cosmote romania marketing dep. and two 2 days ago we have just received from nokia romania x7 and e6, both with symbian anna. symbian anna,s web browser speed is identical with iphone 4 safari,wich is a good thing. nokia x7 DOESN,T HAVE 4 SPEAKERS, JUST 2 SPEAKEARS. in rest is an nokia e7 more cheap.
