I think a little clarification is required here..
Lumia is the name for Nokia's windows phone series...
The XL is from the x series.. So it's simply called the 'Nokia XL'..

But gonna cost u around 35000-40000 rupees . Nokia xl is giving 75% of ur chinese phone specs in just around 9000 . Which means , the phone u r showing is 4 times expensive than NOKIA XL ..

I know what is Ram, what is Rom and what is internal memory or Hard disk..., but I think u need to be notice that in terms of specifications normally device's internal memory (hard disk) written as Rom & I only written that just for explaining the other person in simple words.
Second... I was not compared their operating systems, I only compared their hardware, u know hardware? or I explain u???...because I already know both have different os.
& your 3rd objection that I said xl is android, so for your kind information all nokia x series phones are android. Remember I said only android not google's pure android.
And if you have any confusion about that...so you can search.
So kindly Read Carefully what the other person said and do some research about any confusion and then post any comment.
