Also it utilises weaker graphic processor. While it uses weaker bandwidth and network capability which is fixed and cannot be underclocked, but then it is replaced by a weaker version apart from Snapdragon 8.

TRK, 17 Jul 2023SD 7+ gen 2 is better than 8+ gen 1. What's your logical reasoning about that? It has same architecture, but slight worse graphic processor, bandwidth, compression transfer rate, network speed and heavy underclocked processor frequency.

On the latest update of its driver has its huge improvements on DX9 especially competitive video games like CSGO and Valorant. It performs similarly on RTX 3050 on DX9/10, DX11/12 performs similarly to RTX 3060ti/70.
I do agree bad hardware is still bad hardware, but when great software comes good overall performance. I wonder if snapdragon supports AI super sampling techniques from Nvidia since neural processor can be used on those.

It's a hyped phone... moreI can't say nothing os is equal to one UI(which I use) for example in term of features,but it was performing well on nothing 1 to me and the look of icons and widgets and the pixeled style was the best part to me to be honest

Software can overpower such things into something you'll never realise. For an example, Intel A750 runs worse than GTX 1650ti, and with such software updates like optimisation is now competing against RTX 3060 ti, neck-to-neck performance.

instead of 50mp ultrawide cam on the back why not use it for selfie cam and 32mp for ultrawide

I've been outside in the rain many times using multiple different non-IP rated phones with no issues.
It's nothing, but a marketing gimmick, adds no protection. For water resistance the only thing you need to look for in a phone are rubber gaskets, if a phone has it, it will survive rain. That simple.

The only thing I really like about this phone is the UI. Nothing OS 2 looks much better than before.

So, only gsmarena gives good grade to the camera. All other sites they report the camera is mediocre at best...
