the battery is good, maybe you use your phone a lot. the network is stable for me so maybe it's your service provider but the grey glitches on screen, i've experience them and sometimes it lags the screen..

Well, that doesn't sound good...
According to teardowns the battery is Li-Ion its very nice they didn't cheap out on the battery !
