nubia Z40 Pro's camera sample shared by company exec ahead of launch
nubia will unveil the Z40 Pro this month, and while it hasn't revealed the smartphone's launch date yet, nubia exec Mr. Ni Fei teased the Z40 Pro's camera capabilities on Weibo by posting a picture taken with the phone. You can check it out below.
Mr. Fei didn't detail the Z40 Pro's camera setup, but the company previously announced that the Z40 Pro will feature a Sony IMX787 sensor paired with a 35mm lens.
The unit will have an f/1.6 aperture and come with OIS and omni-directional autofocus. nubia says this will reduce image distortion by 35%, gather 80% more light, and improve the picture clarity by 78%.
The company also confirmed that the Z40 Pro will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC and have a 300x better heat dissipation coefficient for sustained performance. You can expect nubia to confirm more features of the Z40 Pro in the coming days.
