There are so many design flaws with this phone. It won't let me send multiple texts for one which is really annoying. Whenever someone texts me whilst I'm texting someone else it immediately puts the one im typing in 'drafts' so i have to go find it again. It takes about 4 seconds to delete one message! So when there are 200 messages in ur inbox u can imagine it takes quite a while!

This phone has broken on me twice in 5 months.O2 don't even reccomend this phone it is so rubbish,None of the games on O2 are supported by this phone..this phone (pardon the pun) is a "ringer" I had mine repaired only 4 weeks ago and already it's bust.I am sick of it.Smoke signals are more reliable than this phone.

This phone is good at first but once you have it for a long time it is boring.

I'm currently on my third model of this phone. the first two turned off unexpectedly and never turned back on. I had them both replaced, losing all my messages and pictures on there. My most recent one (Version 2) has lasted longest - 7 months, however within 2 months the screen had cracked for no apparent reason and now today the phone has turned off without me choosing and won't turn on again!
I'm very disappointed as it was a very good phone - smart, cheap and what you want. However, the technical problems it has given me are just annoying!
I can see a lot of people are complaining about this. Anyone got any solutions to my problems? Thanks if you have.

Well all I can say is that my x1i has been the best fone I have ever purchased and have never had any problems with it..Until now!!!
My kitty decided to chew through my charger and now my fone is dead...I sent hubby round about 6 shops to try and get a charger today,but all the fone shops have said they have to be ordered and it could take 3 weeks to arrive......Anyone have any idea if or how I can get one quicker?!!
My fone is my life line as I have a serious medical condition and cant do without it..Please help!

i got this fone for xmas and the day after boxing day it was btoke. it wouldnt turn on and the screen douldnt wen connected to the charger

ye this phone does tend to turn itz self of a lot n it could be down to it being charged to much yesu hear rite if you charge your phone to much it is too full and turnz itz self of so just charge it when it is actually deadxxxxx

This is my second one of these after the first broke. No one could hear me when they called. Had 2nd for 4 months it switched itself off won't go back on keypad lights when attached to charger. Taking it back for a refund this time. DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE.

i have one but as anyone who upgrades there finr will know o2 fones all have glitchs in them and arnt woth buying my advice is never buy one unless u wanna waste ya money i got mine for a tenner and just keep it as a spare fone

Ive had this phone about a year, about a year too long in my opinion. I've had the same problem as others such as it switching itself off and deleting all the messages whenever it feel like it. Unfortunatly i bought it from tescos so when it started to play up i took it to tescos, they said nothing to do with them so took it to O2...no..nothing to do with them either...phoned customer services...nothing to do with them either....who's fault is it then apart from my own that i have a really stupid and useless phone? who's gonna fix it?

dont buy this phone its crap basically, try this one, LG C3320 i upgraded and its been perfect up to now, no problems at all, no freezing no turning off and sharp clear pics.

to the girl that wants a new charger,here have mine i wont be needing it anymore. to the chap who thinks its wonderful cos hes only had it 2 months, give it another month mate ! and to the guy who bought it for his daughter, TRY and get your money back now before its too late and buy her a decent phone, cos give it time and it will fffffrrrreeeezzzzeee again and again and again ! and currys wouldnt give me my money back either ive been trying for 11 months now !! going to orange have had enough of o2 and there excuses !!!!

this is a crap phone,ive had it approx 12 months after just 3 months of having it 2 thick black lines appeared across the screen.o2 wouldnt change it... it delete texts as and when it feels like it !!! cant send pics or serf internet and never have been able to !!! o2 have been really unhelpful and ive ONLY been a customer for 4 years or so !! and guess what as a pay and go user i "only" put £100 on my phone in the last month,isnt it people like me that o2 want to keep as customers ??? bye bye hello Orange !!!!

this fone is soo stupid! when a few texts come all together itz jams the fone and it all goes blank! and when u put it on silent it still vibrates! thats just soo weird! i soo wish i didnt sell ma nokia phone for this 1. am switching back to nokia a.s.a.p! and i sugest you all do the same to!
