i heard that most of the problems were in the made in bengal version. if this true how come im having those problems with the taiwan phone. come on O2 its a sexy phone with everything i need but make it as reliabe as the xda or x2. i hope the x1b has fixed these problems or im off back to NOKIA!!!

i got this phone 4 christmas and wen i turn it on it just turns itslef off i have checked everything on my settings to stop this BUT IT STILL CARRIES N !!?!?!?!?!?

i brought this fone in aug last year because it was cheap, smart, cute and had a camera. i was happy for about a month and then it started turning off randomly which was very annoying! and then i accidently droped it and the screen smashed so i took it back to the 02 shop and they said i would have 2 pay over £70 for it! thats more then the phone! and does any1 know how 2 text normaly wivout having to wait for the cursor 2 blink 3 times so i can put the same letter in???

I love this phone, cheap, smart looking, i have experienced the shutting down sarga but does any1 know how to get rid of the operaters logo which is situsted right in the middle of the screen and is ruining my wallpapers!!!

Had this 2 - 3 weeks and the microphone does not work - ok if you want to keep the headset plugged in !!

02x1 Crap !! texting difficult, keep going back to crap non predic''' switching itself off, software problem, my software's been changed all ok, but still crap. gimme my nokia back anyday. 02 website setup guides, are they taling about the same phone ?

Can someone please help me wit the Network code for this phone. I bought it last month and I stay in Zambia and I cant use the sim i have here it says enter netwrok code! someone kinldy please help with the code to unblock!

This phone is to to be replaced in the next month with the O2 X1b.Dont know why cos b is before i. It is going to look the same but should have bluetooth and fix a lot of the errors you get when you buy a O2 phone made by Benq. It also looks like the last O2 phone made by Benq as the Xm is made by a Europeon company (already mans its the best o2 phone lol)

This phone is rubbish.Kept switching off itself,then wouldn't work at all.I brought it back to the shop and they were looking £25 to lend me another one.I didnt give them it.Anyway that was on the 25th May and I still haven't got it back.When I rang to enquire about it was just told "oh its still getting repaired"They have my phone and my money and I have nothing.

to put predictive text on, you press the # key till it changes to ITAP or iTap in the top right hand corner. About getting your photos onto the computer-become a member of faceparty and you can send the picture so it comes up on screen. the text cost £1.50 + normal fee though.

When i first gt my phone, i thought it was great. Until i found out that you couldn't get a cable to download onto the computer. can you please tell me why this is? It's very dissapointing! Also, you cannot get real tones like the ones on t.v.

my fone did the turnin off thing too, and the o2 active is rubbish it says network down one day n da next it's fine. can't wait to get a new phone.
